BANDUNG, Desapenari.id – Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Jawa Barat sedang bersiap mewujudkan target besar! Sebanyak 3.403 rumah di 55 desa dan kelurahan yang tersebar di 18 kabupaten/kota akan segera menikmati listrik berkat program Jabar Caang 2025. Kolaborasi dengan PLN
Untuk mempercepat realisasi, Dinas ESDM Jabar menggandeng PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Jabar. Pendanaannya pun dipastikan lancar karena bersumber dari APBD 2025. Bambang Tirtoyuliono, Kepala Dinas ESDM Jabar, menegaskan, “Tahun ini, kami akan eksekusi Program Jabar Caang lewat skema APBD.” Bahkan, target tahun 2025 jauh lebih besar: 121.871 rumah di 1.425 desa akan teraliri listrik!
Elektrifikasi Hampir 100%
Perkembangan program ini terbilang sukses. Pada triwulan III 2024, rasio elektrifikasi Jabar sudah menyentuh 99,99%. Ribuan keluarga prasejahtera pun kini bisa menikmati listrik berkat dukungan APBN. Tak berhenti di situ, Pemprov Jabar juga menyiapkan program CSR Jabar Caang dengan target tambahan 1.500 sambungan mulai triwulan II 2025. Bambang optimis, “Komitmen Pak Gubernur jelas: 100% warga Jabar harus teraliri listrik pada 2026!”
Dukungan Penuh dari PLN
Sejak meluncurkan program Jabar Caang pada 2018, PLN UID Jabar telah aktif membantu masyarakat. Mereka tidak hanya menjalankan Program Listrik Desa, tetapi juga memberikan Bantuan Pasang Baru Listrik (BPBL) untuk warga kurang mampu.
Tonny Bellamy, General Manager PLN UID Jabar, menyatakan keseriusan PLN dalam mendukung program ini. “Di 2024, kami berhasil menyalurkan 2.098 sambungan dari donasi pegawai dan mitra. Hingga triwulan I 2025, lebih dari 800 sambungan baru sudah terpasang. Kami tak akan berhenti menggalang dukungan!” tegasnya.

Dengan kerja sama erat antara Pemprov Jabar, Dinas ESDM, dan PLN, impian “Jabar 100% Terang” semakin dekat. Program Jabar Caang bukan sekadar proyek infrastruktur, melainkan bukti nyata komitmen pemerintah membawa kesejahteraan hingga ke pelosok desa. Listrik bukan lagi mimpi, tapi realitas yang segera dinikmati seluruh masyarakat!
