SIDOARJO, Desapenari.id – Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Provinsi Jawa Timur akhirnya mengambil tindakan tegas! Mereka mengamankan 11 ijazah milik mantan karyawan PT Tedmonnindo Pratama Semesta, perusahaan produksi tandon air di Sidoarjo.
Pada Jumat, 30 Mei 2025, tim Jatim langsung bergerak cepat. Mereka mendatangi tanpa pemberitahuan kantor PT Tedmonnindo Pratama Semesta yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Candi, Sidoarjo. Kabid Pengawasan Jatim, Tri Widodo, tak menunggu lama untuk mengungkap temuan mengejutkan ini. “Kami berhasil mengamankan 10 ijazah terlebih dahulu, kemudian menemukan 1 ijazah lagi, sehingga total terkumpul 11 ijazah,” papar Widodo tegas saat memberikan keterangan via telepon pada Senin (2/6/2025).
Disnakertrans Jatim benar-benar serius menangani kasus ini. Mereka sengaja mengambil langkah tegas ini agar kasus serupa seperti yang menimpa UD Sentoso Seal tidak terulang kembali. Perusahaan itu ketahuan menyimpan ijazah eks karyawan di rumah pemiliknya.
Beda Data, Beda Pernyataan
Namun, ada yang janggal. Widodo menyebut 11 ijazah, sementara Wakil Bupati Sidoarjo, Mimik Idayana, mengklaim ada 21 ijazah yang ditahan perusahaan. Mimik bahkan sudah bertemu langsung dengan pihak perusahaan di hari yang sama. Hasilnya? Perusahaan berjanji mengembalikan semua ijazah keesokan harinya dan melunasi tunggakan gaji karyawan dalam minggu ini.
Tapi, Jatim justru terkejut dengan pernyataan itu. Widodo mengaku belum menerima informasi soal janji perusahaan. “Kami belum dapat info apa pun. Bahkan, kami belum sempat mengundang mereka. Tapi kalau mau Kamis ini diselesaikan, ya silakan, masih ada waktu,” tegasnya.
Aduan Karyawan Picu Sidak
Sidak ini ternyata tidak muncul tiba-tiba. “Dari laporan yang masuk, masalahnya bukan cuma ijazah. Tapi kita prioritaskan dulu penyelesaian ijazah, baru nanti lanjut ke masalah lain,” jelas Widodo.
Mereka akan memanggil perusahaan dan kuasa hukum karyawan terlebih dahulu. “Kami harus panggil semua pihak dulu. Tidak mungkin kami kembalikan ijazah tanpa konfirmasi perusahaan dan kuasa hukum karyawan,” tandasnya.
Aksi Jatim ini patut diapresiasi. Mereka tidak hanya merespons cepat pengaduan pekerja, tetapi juga memastikan semua proses berjalan transparan. Dengan mengamankan ijazah, mereka mencegah perusahaan memanipulasi atau menyembunyikan bukti.
Apakah perusahaan sengaja memberikan informasi berbeda ke kedua instansi? Atau ada miskomunikasi di internal pemerintah?
Yang jelas, PT Tedmonnindo Pratama Semesta tidak bisa lepas dari tanggung jawab. Jika benar menahan ijazah dan menunggak gaji, perusahaan harus mempertanggungjawabkannya secara hukum. Apalagi, kasus serupa sudah sering terjadi di Jawa Timur.
“Kami tidak akan berhenti sampai semuanya selesai. Hak pekerja harus dipenuhi,” tegasnya.
Kini, semua mata tertuju pada PT Tedmonnindo Pratama Semesta. Apakah mereka benar-benar akan mengembalikan ijazah dan membayar tunggakan gaji seperti janjinya ke Pemkab Sidoarjo? Atau justru mencari alasan untuk mengulur waktu?
Di sisi lain, para mantan karyawan terus menanti dengan harapan besar agar hak-hak mereka segera terpenuhi.
Kasus ini menjadi bukti bahwa praktik penahanan ijazah masih marak terjadi.
