SITUBONDO, desapenari.id – Polisi berhasil meringkus seorang pengedar narkoba jenis sabu-sabu di Situbondo, Jawa Timur. Polisi menangkap pelaku berinisial MF (24) tepat ketika ia sedang melakukan transaksi narkoba di toilet SPBU. Petugas berhasil menemukan sabu seberat 4,33 gram yang MF sembunyikan dalam kotak mic wireless berwarna hitam.
Sabu Disita Saat Transaksi di Toilet SPBU
AKP Muhammad Lutfi, Kasat Reskoba Polres Situbondo, menegaskan bahwa petugas berhasil mengamankan sabu seberat 4,33 gram dari tangan MF. “Pelaku sedang bertransaksi di toilet SPBU ketika kami menangkapnya,” jelas Lutfi, Sabtu (21/6/2025). Awalnya, MF yang merupakan warga Situbondo itu mengelak dan tidak mengaku memiliki sabu. Namun, setelah melalui interogasi intensif, ia akhirnya menyerah dan mengakui perbuatannya.
Tak berhenti di situ, polisi langsung mengembangkan operasi dengan menggeledah rumah MF. Hasilnya, petugas menemukan sejumlah barang bukti pendukung peredaran narkoba. “Kami mendapati alat-alat yang biasa digunakan untuk mengedarkan sabu,” ungkap Lutfi. Beberapa barang yang disita antara lain:

- Satu tas selempang hitam
- Dua timbangan elektrik untuk menimbang sabu
- Tiga pak plastik klip sebagai pembungkus
- Catatan transaksi penjualan sabu
- Sedotan, pipet kaca, dan bong untuk konsumsi
- Perlengkapan lain yang menguatkan dugaan peredaran narkoba
MF kini terancam hukuman berat sesuai Pasal 114 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Jika terbukti bersalah, ia bisa mendekam di penjara hingga 20 tahun. “Kami tidak main-main dalam memberantas narkoba. Pelaku akan diproses hukum seadil-adilnya,” tegas Lutfi.
Polisi juga mengimbau warga untuk aktif melaporkan kegiatan mencurigakan terkait narkoba. “Masyarakat bisa menghubungi call center 110 atau WhatsApp pengaduan di 081133911000,” kata Lutfi. Polisi dan masyarakat bekerja sama untuk menekan peredaran narkoba di Situbondo.
Analisis Kasus: Modus Baru Pengedaran Sabu di Toilet SPBU
Kasus ini mengungkap modus baru pengedaran sabu yang memanfaatkan toilet SPBU sebagai lokasi transaksi. Polisi mengungkapkan bahwa pelaku dengan sengaja memanfaatkan toilet SPBU yang sepi dan minim pengawasan sebagai tempat transaksi sabu-sabu. Namun, polisi berhasil mengendus pergerakannya berkat laporan masyarakat dan pengawasan intensif.
Keterlibatan warga sangat krusial dalam memutus mata rantai peredaran narkoba. Dengan melaporkan aktivitas mencurigakan, masyarakat bisa membantu polisi menangkap pelaku lebih cepat. “Kami apresiasi warga yang peduli dan proaktif melapor,” ujar Lutfi.
MF yang masih berusia 24 tahun menjadi contoh betapa narkoba bisa merusak masa depan generasi muda. Alih-alih produktif, pelaku justru terjerumus dalam jeratan hukum. Kasus ini harus menjadi peringatan bagi anak muda agar menjauhi narkoba dalam bentuk apa pun.
Polres Situbondo terus menunjukkan komitmennya dalam memerangi narkoba. Selain penangkapan, mereka rutin melakukan penyuluhan ke sekolah dan komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan bahaya narkotika. “Kami tidak akan toleransi terhadap pengedar maupun pemakai,” tegas Lutfi.
Kasus ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi antara penegak hukum dan masyarakat efektif dalam memberantas narkoba. Dengan pengawasan ketat dan laporan warga, polisi bisa bertindak cepat sebelum sabu beredar lebih luas. Mari bersama-sama menjaga Situbondo dari ancaman narkoba!
