Jakarta, desapenari.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus menggeber penyelidikan kasus dugaan gratifikasi dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa di lingkungan MPR RI. Kabar terbaru, KPK sudah menetapkan tersangka dalam perkara ini!
“Sudah ada tersangka,” tegas Jubir KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat berbincang dengan wartawan, Senin (23/6/2025). Sayangnya, Budi belum mau membocorkan identitas tersangka. Dia menegaskan, tim penyidik masih mengumpulkan bukti dan mendalami kasus ini.
“Penyidik masih terus mengembangkan kasus dengan memeriksa para saksi,” jelas Budi.

Gratifikasi dalam Pengadaan Barang, Modusnya Apa?
Budi membeberkan bahwa kasus ini berkaitan dengan dugaan penerimaan gratifikasi terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa di MPR. “Ini soal dugaan gratifikasi yang menyangkut proyek pengadaan,” ujarnya.
Hari ini, KPK sudah mulai memanggil sejumlah saksi. Dua di antaranya adalah:
- Cucu Riwayati – Pejabat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pengiriman dan Penggandaan pada Setjen MPR RI (2020-2021).
- Fahmi Idris – Anggota Pokja-UKPBJ (Kelompok Kerja Unit Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa) di Sekjen MPR RI (2020).
Sebelumnya, KPK sudah mengonfirmasi penyelidikan kasus ini sejak Jumat (20/6). “Benar, ada penyidikan baru terkait dugaan gratifikasi pengadaan,” kata Budi.

Sekjen MPR RI, Siti Fauziah, langsung angkat bicara menanggapi pemberitaan ini. Dia menegaskan bahwa kasus ini bukan hal baru, melainkan kejadian lama antara 2019-2021.
“Perlu kami tegaskan, ini perkara lama yang terjadi di rentang 2019-2021,” tegas Siti dalam keterangan resminya, Sabtu (21/6).
Lebih lanjut, dia menyatakan bahwa tidak ada keterlibatan pimpinan MPR, baik yang lama maupun yang sekarang. “Ini murni tanggung jawab administratif Sekretariat Jenderal MPR saat itu, di bawah Dr. Ma’ruf Cahyono,” jelasnya.
KPK masih terus mengusut tuntas kasus ini. Penyidik akan memeriksa lebih banyak saksi dan mengumpulkan bukti sebelum nantinya menyeret tersangka ke meja hijau.
Sementara itu, MPR memastikan akan berkoordinasi penuh dengan KPK. “Kami siap mendukung proses hukum yang berjalan,” tandas Siti.
