Jakarta, Desapenari.id – Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto secara tegas meminta perguruan tinggi di Indonesia membuka bidang studi baru bernama “serakahnomics”. Ia menilai, istilah ini penting untuk memahami praktik ekonomi yang dinilainya menyimpang dari prinsip keadilan. “Ini bukan mazhab neoliberal, pasar bebas, atau kapitalis. Ini mazhab serakahnomics. Saya minta kawan-kawan di universitas yang pintar-pintar untuk buka bidang studi ini,” tegas Prabowo dalam pidatonya di acara Harlah Ke-27 PKB di Jakarta, Rabu malam.
Pasal 33 UUD 1945 sebagai Fondasi Ekonomi
Prabowo mengawali pidatonya dengan menekankan pentingnya Pasal 33 UUD 1945. Menurutnya, pasal ini sebenarnya sederhana namun mengandung prinsip fundamental yang bisa menyelamatkan negara. “Tujuan negara adalah membuat rakyat aman, sejahtera, tidak miskin, dan tidak kelaparan,” ujarnya. Ia menegaskan, demokrasi memang penting, tetapi jika rakyat masih hidup dalam kemiskinan, anak-anak mengalami gizi buruk, dan pengangguran merajalela, maka tujuan bernegara belum tercapai.
Asas Kekeluargaan vs Neoliberalisme
Lebih lanjut, Prabowo menjelaskan bahwa Pasal 33 ayat 1 menegaskan perekonomian harus dibangun berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan. Ia membandingkannya dengan sistem neoliberal yang percaya pada “trickle-down effect”—di mana kekayaan segelintir orang diharapkan menetes ke bawah. “Nyatanya, kekayaan itu tidak menetes! Butuh 200 tahun baru turun, kita sudah mati semua sebelum itu terjadi,” sindirnya.
Pasal 33 Ayat 2: Senjata Pamungkas
Namun, ia mempertanyakan mengapa Indonesia—produsen minyak goreng dan kelapa sawit terbesar dunia—justru sering mengalami kelangkaan minyak goreng di dalam negeri. “Ini namanya kurang ajar. Karena itu, saya usulkan istilah baru: serakahnomics,” ucapnya dengan nada tegas.

Presiden mendorong akademisi untuk serius mempelajari serakahnomics sebagai disiplin ilmu baru. “Ini fenomena nyata. Harus ada kajian akademis untuk memahaminya,” tegasnya. Ia berharap, dengan adanya bidang studi ini, Indonesia bisa menemukan solusi untuk menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang lebih adil.
Pernyataan Prabowo langsung memicu diskusi hangat di kalangan ekonom dan akademisi. Namun, satu hal yang pasti: wacana ini telah membuka ruang debat baru tentang cara mewujudkan keadilan ekonomi di Indonesia.
