JAKARTA, desapenari.id – Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) semakin bersemangat memajukan kesehatan masyarakat. Sekretaris Utama BGN, Sarwono, menegaskan hal ini dalam upacara bendera memperingati Hari Kemerdekaan RI ke-80 di halaman kantor pusat BGN, Jakarta, Minggu (17/8/2025).
“Peringatan kemerdekaan harus jadi momentum untuk melanjutkan perjuangan para pahlawan,” tegas Sarwono dalam siaran pers Senin (18/8/2025). Tak sekadar seremonial, ia menekankan bahwa HUT RI adalah waktu tepat untuk refleksi dan memperkuat dedikasi.
Semangat Baru untuk Kesehatan Masyarakat
Bagi BGN, semangat kemerdekaan diwujudkan melalui peningkatan kualitas gizi dan kesehatan rakyat. “Ini bentuk pengabdian kami kepada bangsa,” ujar Sarwono penuh keyakinan. Ia juga mengajak seluruh pihak bersinergi mewujudkan Indonesia yang lebih sehat.
Tak lupa, BGN mengusung slogan resmi HUT RI ke-80: “Bersatu Berdaulat, Rakyat Sejahtera, Indonesia Maju.” Slogan ini sejalan dengan visi BGN dalam membangun generasi kuat dan berdaya saing.
Pencapaian Signifikan di Tahun Pertama
Salah satunya, Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang telah menjangkau 20,5 juta penerima manfaat.
“Kami sudah membangun 5.885 Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) di seluruh Indonesia,” papar Sarwono.
Dampak Nyata bagi Masyarakat
Program MBG tidak hanya menyasar peningkatan gizi, tetapi juga membuka lapangan kerja. “Kami ingin rakyat tak lagi kesulitan mencari makan dan rezeki,” harap Sarwono.
Dengan kolaborasi berbagai pihak, BGN optimis target tersebut tercapai. Masyarakat pun menyambut positif langkah ini, terlihat dari antusiasme mereka di berbagai daerah.
Komitmen Jangka Panjang
BGN bertekad terus berinovasi untuk memastikan gizi merata hingga ke pelosok negeri. “Kami tak akan berhenti sampai seluruh rakyat Indonesia sehat dan sejahtera,” tegas Sarwono.
