SUBANG, Desapenari.id – Sejumlah ibu rumah tangga di Subang mendatangi Gedung Satreskrim Polres Subang, Sabtu (3/1/2026) siang. Mereka mengaku menjadi korban penipuan investasi dan arisan bodong dengan nilai kerugian mencapai miliaran rupiah. Meskipun total korban diduga mencapai ratusan orang, saat ini baru empat orang yang resmi melapor. Para pelapor tersebut adalah SH (30) dan AR (26) asal Kecamatan Pabuaran, serta SA (28) dan IA (28) warga Kecamatan Patokbeusi, Kabupaten Subang.
“Saya waktu itu ditawari investasi berbentuk simpan pinjam, keuntungan ditawarkan 20 persen perbulan. Waktu itu saya investasi Rp 200.000.000,” ujar salah satu korban, IA (28), di Mapolres Subang.
IA menjelaskan bahwa terduga pelaku berinisial AEF (28) alias Ayu menawarkan investasi tersebut sejak setahun lalu. Bukannya mendapatkan keuntungan 20 persen yang dijanjikan, para korban justru kembali ditawari modus baru berupa arisan. Pelaku berdalih bahwa arisan tersebut akan dibayarkan menggunakan hasil keuntungan investasi sebelumnya. Namun, secara mendadak pelaku membubarkan arisan tersebut tanpa memberikan hak para peserta.
“Alih-alih mendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil investasi, justru pelaku malah menawarkan lagi kepada saya dan para korban, dengan modus baru sebuah arisan. Arisan tersebut kata pelaku akan dibayar dari hasil keuntungan investasi,” katanya.
IA baru menyadari menjadi korban setelah keuntungan investasi maupun arisan tak kunjung cair. Berdasarkan pengamatannya, terduga pelaku yang ber-KTP Cikampek itu baru saja membangun rumah megah di Patokbeusi yang diduga menggunakan uang para korban.
Peserta investasi bodong ini diketahui tergabung dalam satu grup WhatsApp yang berisi ratusan orang. Korbannya tidak hanya warga lokal Subang, tetapi juga para Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) yang bekerja di Arab Saudi, Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapura, hingga Malaysia.
Keempat korban yang melapor sore itu mengalami total kerugian senilai Rp 320.000.000. Mereka menyerahkan sejumlah barang bukti berupa bukti transfer serta tangkapan layar percakapan dengan pelaku.
“Kami berempat sepakat untuk melaporkan pelaku ke Polisi dan meminta para korban lainnya untuk ikut juga melaporkan pelaku, agar pelaku jera dan tak mengulangi perbuatan serta mendapatkan hukuman yang setimpal dengan perbuatannya,” ujar IA.
Pengacara korban, Jecky Johari, menaksir total kerugian seluruh anggota grup bisa mencapai Rp 3 miliar. Ia berharap Polres Subang segera memproses laporan ini karena banyak korban lain yang berinvestasi mulai dari Rp 10.000.000 hingga ratusan juta rupiah. Hingga saat ini, pihak kepolisian masih mendalami laporan tersebut dan belum memberikan keterangan resmi lebih lanjut.
