Desapenari.id – Korlantas Polri terus memperkuat sistem penegakan hukum lalu lintas berbasis digital dengan mulai mengoperasikan ETLE Drone Patroli Presisi. Teknologi pengawasan dari udara ini resmi digunakan sejak Januari 2026 oleh Subdirektorat Penindakan dan Penegakan Hukum Direktorat Penegakan Hukum Korlantas Polri, sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan pelanggaran lalu lintas. Jalan Raya Cibubur, Jakarta Timur, menjadi lokasi penerapan perdana penggunaan ETLE Drone dalam mendukung sistem tilang elektronik di Indonesia.
Waspada! Mata di angkasa Polisi kini mulai memburu pelanggar aturan. ETLE Drone Patroli Presisi ini digunakan untuk menjangkau titik-titik rawan pelanggaran yang selama ini sulit terpantau sekaligus sebagai upaya preventif meningkatkan kesadaran dan disiplin masyarakat berlalu lintas, kata Kakorlantas Polri Irjen Pol Agus Suryonugroho. Dengan kata lain, drone menjadi solusi cerdas untuk mengawasi area yang selama ini luput dari jangkauan.
Secara teknis, penggunaan drone dimanfaatkan untuk memantau titik-titik rawan pelanggaran lalu lintas yang sulit dijangkau kamera ETLE statis maupun pengawasan konvensional di lapangan. Yang perlu digarisbawahi, cakupan pemantauan yang lebih luas ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan secara signifikan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga meminimalkan interaksi langsung antara petugas dan masyarakat. Tak ketinggalan, teknologi ini memiliki keunggulan dari sisi fleksibilitas dan akurasi perekaman, karena data pelanggaran dapat diidentifikasi secara real time dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
Sementara itu, penindakan pelanggaran lalu lintas melalui sistem ETLE mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata Cara Pemeriksaan Kendaraan Bermotor di Jalan dan Penindakan Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Sebagai informasi, dikutip dari laman resmi Samsat Digital Nasional, Korlantas Polri mencatat setidaknya 10 jenis pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menjadi sasaran penindakan melalui ETLE.
Pertama, melanggar rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan akan langsung menjadi sasaran. Kedua, tidak menggunakan sabuk keselamatan bagi pengemudi kendaraan roda empat juga mudah terekam. Ketiga, kebiasaan berkendara sambil menggunakan gawai (gadget) kini makin berisiko tinggi. Keempat, melanggar batas kecepatan akan dengan mudah terdeteksi dari ketinggian.
Kelima, menggunakan pelat nomor palsu atau tidak menggunakan pelat nomor sama sekali tak akan luput. Keenam, berkendara melawan arus adalah aksi nekat yang sangat mudah dikenali. Ketujuh, menerobos atau melanggar lampu merah meski hanya sedetik pasti tertangkap. Kedelapan, tidak menggunakan helm saat berkendara sepeda motor adalah sasaran utama.
Kesembilan, berboncengan lebih dari dua orang pada sepeda motor akan tampak jelas dari udara. Terakhir, tidak menyalakan lampu kendaraan, baik pada malam hari maupun siang hari bagi sepeda motor, termasuk pelanggaran yang dipantau. Intinya, hampir semua jenis pelanggaran umum dapat diawasi dengan teknologi ini.
Oleh karena itu, masyarakat harus selalu waspada dan disiplin. Ingatlah, drone ini dapat berpindah lokasi kapan saja tanpa diduga. Pada dasarnya, teknologi ini hadir bukan untuk menjebak, melainkan untuk menciptakan rasa aman dan keteraturan bagi semua pengguna jalan. Mulai sekarang, jadilah pengendara yang cerdas dan taat aturan setiap saat!
