SURABAYA, Desapenari.id – Wali Kota Surabaya, Eri Cahyadi, kini menunjukkan amarah dan tekad baja! Pasalnya, ia secara resmi mengancam akan membubarkan organisasi masyarakat (ormas) mana pun yang ketahuan melakukan praktik premanisme. Sebagai informasi, ancaman keras ini merupakan respons langsung atas kasus memilukan, yaitu pengusiran paksa terhadap Nenek Elina Widjajanti yang telah berusia 80 tahun dari rumahnya di Dukuh Kuwukan, Lontar, Sambikerep, Surabaya. Perlu dicatat, aksi tak berperikemanusiaan ini dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang mengaku sebagai anggota ormas.
Tanpa basa-basi, Eri menegaskan hal ini di Balai Kota Surabaya, Selasa (30/12/2025). Lebih lanjut, ia menyatakan, “Jadi, ketika itu yang melakukan atas nama organisasi masyarakat, maka proses hukum harus berjalan.” Tak berhenti di situ, Eri kemudian menambahkan ancaman konkret, “Dan kita juga akan merekomendasikan untuk dibubarkan ormas itu ketika melakukan premanisme di Kota Surabaya.” Jelas terlihat, Eri sama sekali tidak ingin praktik premanisme terus meresahkan dan mengganggu ketentraman warga Surabaya.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, pihaknya segera menyiapkan sejumlah langkah strategis untuk mengantisipasi dan memangkas habis tindak premanisme. Salah satu langkah paling spektakuler yang diumumkan adalah pembentukan Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Anti-Premanisme di Surabaya. Hebatnya, satgas ini tidak main-main karena akan beranggotakan personel gabungan dari TNI, Polri, serta sejumlah tokoh masyarakat yang dipercaya. Selanjutnya, Eri juga menjelaskan bahwa masyarakat tidak perlu ragu atau takut. Sebab, mereka bisa langsung melapor kapan pun menjadi korban aksi premanisme. Dengan begitu, aparat terkait dapat segera bergerak cepat melakukan penindakan. Dengan penuh keyakinan, Eri menjelaskan, “Kita tidak ingin ada premanisme dan kegiatan apa pun yang meresahkan masyarakat. Maka, ada yang melakukan ini (premanisme), hukumnya haram di Surabaya.”
Sebelumnya, seperti telah diberitakan, Eri memang sudah menyampaikan niatnya untuk membentuk Satgas Anti-Preman ini. Rencananya, satgas gabungan yang melibatkan TNI, Polri, dan tokoh masyarakat ini dibentuk sebagai langkah preventif agar tindakan semena-mena seperti yang dialami Nenek Elina tidak terulang lagi. Bahkan, lokasi operasionalnya pun sudah disiapkan. Menurut Eri melalui rilisnya pada Senin (29/12/2025), “Kita buatkan tempat di Pemkot Surabaya untuk Satgas Anti-Preman. Surabaya harus aman.” Tak tanggung-tanggung, ia menegaskan kembali, “TNI, Polri, dan seluruh elemen suku akan bergabung. Siapa pun yang melakukan premanisme akan ditindak dan dihilangkan dari kota ini.”
Di sisi lain, Eri juga tidak lupa mengimbau seluruh masyarakat Surabaya. Ia meminta agar masyarakat menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses hukum kasus Nenek Elina kepada aparat kepolisian. Tujuannya jelas, yaitu untuk mencegah terjadinya gesekan atau konflik horizontal antarwarga di Surabaya. Sebagai penutup, Eri mengajak dengan penuh semangat, “Ayo warga Surabaya, kita saling menjaga dan mengawal proses hukumnya hingga tuntas dan Nenek Elina mendapatkan keadilan.”
