JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Vonis Pengusaha Terdakwa Korupsi APD Covid-19. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) tak main-main dalam menuntut Direktur Utama PT Energi Kita Indonesia (EKI), Satrio Wibowo. Mereka menuntutnya 14 tahun 10 bulan penjara karena diduga merugikan negara hingga Rp 319,6 miliar dalam kasus korupsi pengadaan alat pelindung diri (APD) Covid-19.
Tak hanya itu, jaksa juga menuntut Satrio membayar denda Rp 1 miliar. Jika tidak mampu, ia harus menjalani kurungan selama enam bulan. Lebih lanjut, ia juga diwajibkan membayar uang pengganti Rp 59,98 miliar. Kalau tidak, ia harus mendekam empat tahun lagi di penjara.
Sementara itu, rekan Satrio dalam kasus ini, Ahmad Taufik (Direktur Utama PT Permana Putra Mandiri/PPM), juga tak luput dari tuntutan berat. JPU meminta pengadilan menjatuhkan hukuman 14 tahun 4 bulan penjara plus denda Rp 1 miliar. Tak berhenti di situ, Taufik juga harus mengembalikan kerugian negara sebesar Rp 224,18 miliar atau siap menghadapi tambahan hukuman enam tahun penjara.
Di sisi lain, mantan pejabat Kemenkes Budi Sylvana mendapat tuntutan lebih ringan, yakni empat tahun penjara dan denda Rp 200 juta. Jika tak membayar, ia harus mendekam tiga bulan di balik jeruji besi.
Menariknya, kasus ini tak hanya melibatkan ketiganya. Tercatat, sejumlah nama lain turut terlibat, seperti Komisaris Utama PT PPM Siti Fatimah Az Zahra, legal PT EKI Isdar Yusuf, dan Sekretaris Utama BNPB Harmensyah. Mereka diduga bekerja sama dalam skema korupsi ini selama periode 2019 hingga Mei 2020.
Berdasarkan tuntutan jaksa, kerugian negara ini dihitung berdasarkan audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP). Awalnya, kasus ini berawal ketika BNPB, di bawah kepemimpinan almarhum Doni Monardo, memperpanjang status darurat bencana Covid-19 pada 29 Februari 2020.
Saat itu, sejumlah perusahaan di Kawasan Berikat Bogor dan Bandung memproduksi APD merek BOHO. Uniknya, merek ini sebenarnya milik perusahaan Korea Selatan, UPC Ltd, yang bekerja sama dengan PT Daekyung Glotech untuk tujuan ekspor.
Perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut antara lain:
