FLORES TIMUR, Desapenari.id – Badan Geologi Kementerian ESDM secara resmi meningkatkan status Gunung Lewotobi Laki-laki dari level III siaga ke level IV awas pada Senin (24/11/2025) malam. Keputusan mendesak ini langsung diambil setelah para ahli menganalisis secara mendalam data visual dan instrumental aktivitas gunung selama dua hari terakhir. Badan Geologi pun secara proaktif memperluas radius bahaya erupsi dari 6 kilometer menjadi 7 kilometer secara sektoral di barat laut dan timur laut. Perluasan zona berbahaya ini tentu saja didasarkan pada perhitungan terbaru mengenai jangkauan material vulkanik. Seluruh warga dan wisatawan di sekitar kawasan tersebut diimbau dengan sangat untuk secara ketat mematuhi batas radius yang telah ditetapkan. Keselamatan jiwa menjadi prioritas utama yang tidak boleh diabaikan sedikitpun.
