Desapenari.id – Nasib tragis menimpa seorang balita berusia empat tahun dengan inisial AA di kawasan Belawan, Kota Medan. Bocah malang ini harus menjadi korban penembakan nyasar saat terperangkap di tengah kericuhan tawuran antar-pemuda pada Senin, 5 Januari 2026. Yang lebih memilukan, butiran peluru hingga kini masih bersarang di bagian mata korban dan belum berhasil dikeluarkan.
Kronologi Mencekam di Jalan Stasiun
Peristiwa memilukan ini bermula ketika AA tengah menumpang becak motor (betor) bersama ibunya, Romanda Capriati Siregar (33). Saat itu, mereka sebenarnya hendak menjemput sang ayah di kawasan Pasar Baru. “Waktu itu, saya naik becak sama anak mau jemput suami di Pasar Baru,” jelas Romanda dengan suara lirih saat tim media temui di RSUD Pirngadi Medan, Selasa (6/1/2026).
Namun, perjalanan mereka justru terpaksa berhenti di Jalan Stasiun, tepatnya di dekat Rumah Sakit Prima Husada Cipta (PHC) Belawan, karena sekelompok pemuda tengah terlibat baku hantam. Tiba-tiba, di tengah situasi mencekam itu, AA menangis histeris. Romanda pun langsung panik dan terkejut begitu melihat darah segar mengucur deras dari kelopak mata buah hatinya. “Nah, itu terus tiba-tiba anak nangis, ternyata matanya kena tembak,” ucap Romanda sambil menahan isak.
Kendala Biaya yang Membuat Hati Miris
Keluarga pun segera membawa AA ke klinik terdekat dan RS PHC Belawan. Akan tetapi, karena lukanya tergolong sangat serius, pihak rumah sakit akhirnya merujuk korban ke RSUD Pirngadi. Di sinilah masalah baru mulai muncul. Romanda kemudian mengetahui sebuah aturan yang membuatnya semakin patah arang: pengobatan akibat tindak kriminal seperti penembakan ternyata tidak ditanggung oleh BPJS Kesehatan.
“Sempat dianjurkan ke rumah sakit swasta cuma tak ada uang. Karena ada BPJS-nya kami datang ke sini,” keluh Romanda. Kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang serba sulit akhirnya memaksa Romanda hanya mengandalkan surat keterangan tidak mampu untuk mendapatkan keringanan biaya. Bahkan, ia mengaku semakin bingung karena beberapa rumah sakit yang mereka datangi mengalami kendala alat medis maupun ketiadaan dokter spesialis.
“Dengan berat hati, saya harus mengakui bahwa di sini (RSUD Pirngadi) tak ada alatnya, di RSUP Adam Malik tak ada dokternya. Lalu, ketika mau dirujuk ke RS USU, kata mereka penuh. Jadi kita bertanya-tanya, ini kapan mau diapain. Hanya bisa bersabar menunggu lah, memang nasib orang susah,” tuturnya lagi dengan linangan air mata.
Penyelidikan Polisi yang Berjalan Cepat
Di sisi lain, pihak kepolisian dari Sat Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Belawan justru bergerak sangat cepat menangani kasus keji ini. Kasat Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Belawan, AKP Agus Purnomo, dengan tegas mengonfirmasi bahwa identitas pelaku penembakan telah berhasil mereka kantongi. “Laporannya sudah kami terima. Pelaku sudah teridentifikasi. Mohon doanya agar cepat tertangkap,” tegas Agus pada Selasa (6/1/2026).
Sementara itu, untuk jenis senjata yang digunakan, polisi masih menunggu hasil observasi medis dan uji balistik. “Kami masih menunggu hasil observasi dari rumah sakit untuk memastikan jenis peluru tersebut,” tambahnya. Masyarakat pun kini menanti tindak lanjut dari pengejaran yang dilakukan aparat.
Atensi Langsung dari Wali Kota Medan
Kabarnya, berita tentang kesulitan biaya yang menghimpit keluarga AA akhirnya sampai ke telinga Wali Kota Medan, Rico Tri Putra Waas. Tanpa menunda waktu, Rico langsung menjenguk kondisi korban di rumah sakit pada Rabu (7/1/2026). Di sana, ia dengan tegas memastikan bahwa seluruh biaya perawatan akan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pemerintah kota.
“Atensi saya jelas, pastikan korban dilayani dengan sebaik mungkin, dirawat dengan layak, dan mendapatkan pelayanan terbaik,” tegas Rico Waas di depan awak media. Lebih lanjut, Rico telah memerintahkan Dinas Kesehatan dan pihak rumah sakit untuk memberikan penanganan medis paling optimal, termasuk rencana operasi pengangkatan proyektil. “Setelah observasi lengkap nanti dokter punya pertimbangannya sendiri. Kita doakan semuanya berjalan dengan baik,” tutupnya penuh harap.
5 Fakta Mengejutkan Kasus Penembakan Bocah di Belawan
- Waktu Kejadian: Penembakan terjadi pada Senin, 5 Januari 2026, saat korban tidak bersalah itu sedang melintas di area tawuran pemuda.

- Kendala Administrasi: BPJS Kesehatan tidak dapat keluarga gunakan karena luka disebabkan oleh tindak kriminal/kekerasan, sebuah aturan yang seringkali tidak diketahui publik.
- Status Pelaku: Polres Pelabuhan Belawan telah mengidentifikasi pelaku dan saat ini tengah dalam proses pengejaran intensif.
- Bantuan Pemerintah: Wali Kota Medan Rico Waas sendiri yang turun tangan menjamin perawatan medis maksimal bagi korban melalui Dinas Kesehatan, memberikan secercah harapan bagi keluarga.
