“Paket sanksi ini akan memberikan Presiden Trump ‘palu godam’ untuk mengakhiri perang,” jelas Graham dalam wawancara dengan Face the Nation di CBS News. “Dia bisa mengenakan tarif 500% pada negara mana pun yang membantu Rusia. Fleksibilitas sepenuhnya ada di tangannya.”
