Desapenari.id, Jakarta – Alfamart Resmi Akuisisi 70 Persen Saham Lawson. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. (AMRT), pemilik jaringan ritel Alfamart, akhirnya menyelesaikan akuisisi 70 persen saham PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera (Lawson) dari PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. (MIDI) pada Rabu, 14 Mei 2025. Dengan membeli 1,48 miliar saham, Alfamart mengeluarkan dana sekitar Rp 200,4 miliar untuk menguasai mayoritas kepemilikan Lawson.

Direktur sekaligus Sekretaris Perusahaan Midi Utama, Suantopo Po, mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua perusahaan telah menandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham. “Perseroan dan SAT (Alfamart) telah menyelesaikan proses hukum terkait pengambilalihan saham LWS (Lawson),” jelasnya dalam keterbukaan informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Harga jual saham per lembar ditetapkan sebesar Rp 135, sehingga total transaksi mencapai Rp 200,4 miliar. Suantopo menegaskan bahwa langkah ini memenuhi persyaratan dalam perjanjian jual beli saham bersyarat yang diumumkan MIDI pada 9 April 2025.
Dana hasil penjualan saham ini akan dialokasikan untuk mendukung operasional dan belanja modal MIDI. Selain itu, perusahaan berencana memfokuskan diri pada pengembangan portofolio bisnis ritel. “Ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk memperkuat posisi perseroan,” tambah Suantopo.
MIDI Targetkan Peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan Pasca-Akuisisi
Suantopo berharap transaksi ini dapat memperbaiki kinerja keuangan MIDI, baik dari sisi laba rugi maupun arus kas. “Kami optimistis langkah ini akan memberikan nilai tambah bagi seluruh pemegang saham di masa depan,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, pada 2024, Alfamart melakukan penutupan sekitar 400 gerai. Corporate Affairs Director Alfamart, Solihin, mengonfirmasi langkah tersebut sambil menekankan bahwa keputusan ini merupakan bagian dari strategi bisnis perusahaan. “Kami harus mengambil tindakan ini seperti melakukan operasi usus buntu—sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan perusahaan,” tegasnya dalam wawancara dengan Tempo, Selasa, 17 Desember 2024.

Laba Bersih Alfamart Naik 9,52 Persen di Kuartal III 2024
Laporan keuangan Alfamart hingga kuartal III 2024 menunjukkan kinerja positif. Laba bersih perusahaan mencapai Rp 2,39 triliun, meningkat 9,52 persen dari periode sama tahun sebelumnya (Rp 2,19 triliun).
Pendapatan juga melonjak 10,23 persen dari Rp 80,02 triliun (September 2023) menjadi Rp 88,21 triliun (September 2024). Namun, beban pokok pendapatan turut membengkak signifikan, dari Rp 53,12 triliun menjadi Rp 69,24 triliun.
