JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menetapkan mantan Sekretaris Jenderal Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR) Ma’ruf Cahyono sebagai tersangka. KPK menduga dia menerima gratifikasi terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa di lingkungan MPR.
Proses Penetapan Tersangka
Budi Prasetyo, Juru Bicara KPK, memastikan bahwa Ma’ruf Cahyono (MC) menjadi tersangka utama dalam kasus ini. “Kami telah menetapkan MC, yang menjabat sebagai Sekjen MPR periode 2019-2021, sebagai tersangka,” jelas Budi dalam konferensi pers, Kamis (3/7/2025).
Tak hanya itu, KPK juga menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap dua saksi kunci, yaitu Andi Wirawn (wiraswasta) dan Jonathan Hartono (karyawan swasta). Namun, Andi meminta KPK menunda jadwal pemeriksaannya, sementara penyidik akan menginterogasi Jonathan tentang dugaan investasi yang melibatkan Ma’ruf.

Kasus Lama yang Kembali Menghangat
Siti Fauziah, Sekjen MPR saat ini, menegaskan bahwa kasus ini sebenarnya sudah terjadi pada 2019-2021. Dia membantah adanya keterlibatan pimpinan MPR, baik dari periode sebelumnya maupun yang sedang menjabat sekarang.
“Perkara ini murni tanggung jawab administratif Sekretariat Jenderal MPR di masa lalu, bukan pimpinan,” tegas Siti dalam keterangan tertulis, Minggu (22/6/2025).
MPR menyatakan akan sepenuhnya mendukung proses hukum yang dijalankan KPK. “Kami serahkan sepenuhnya kepada KPK untuk menindaklanjuti sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” ujar Siti.
Dugaan korupsi ini bermula dari penerimaan gratifikasi terkait proyek pengadaan di MPR. KPK kini terus mendalami aliran dana dan keterlibatan pihak lain.
KPK berencana mengumpulkan lebih banyak bukti, termasuk dokumen pengadaan dan rekening transaksi. Dan KPK juga akan mengaudit aliran dana tersangka dengan memeriksa sejumlah pihak terkait.
Masyarakat pun menanti perkembangan kasus ini, mengingat Ma’ruf Cahyono pernah menduduki posisi strategis di lembaga tinggi negara.
