JAKARTA, desapenari.id – Presiden Prabowo Subianto akhirnya mengambil keputusan tegas terkait sengketa empat pulau antara Aceh dan Sumatera Utara (Sumut). Setelah memeriksa sejumlah dokumen resmi, Prabowo menetapkan bahwa Pulau Panjang, Pulau Lipan, Pulau Mangkir Gadang, dan Pulau Mangkir Ketek masuk dalam wilayah administratif Aceh.
Menteri Sekretaris Negara (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi menjelaskan, keputusan ini diambil berdasarkan dokumen valid dari Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh, Sekretariat Negara (Setneg), hingga Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri). “Pemerintah memutuskan dengan landasan dokumen yang kuat. Keempat pulau tersebut secara resmi menjadi bagian dari Aceh,” tegas Prasetyo, Selasa (17/6/2025).

Keputusan ini muncul setelah Prabowo menggelar rapat darat di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta. Pertemuan tersebut dihadiri Gubernur Aceh Muzakir Manaf, Gubernur Sumut Bobby Nasution, Wakil Ketua DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Mendagri Tito Karnavian, dan Mensesneg Prasetyo Hadi.

“Kami ingin masalah ini selesai dengan adil. Dokumen dari Aceh dan Setneg sangat jelas, jadi keputusan ini harus dihormati semua pihak,” tambah Prasetyo.
Pemerintah berharap keputusan ini menjadi solusi permanen bagi kedua provinsi yang sudah berseteru puluhan tahun. “Ini jalan keluar terbaik untuk Aceh dan Sumut. Semoga dinamika di masyarakat bisa mereda,” harapnya.
Awal Mula Polemik: Kepmendagri yang Bikin Gaduh
Keputusan Kemendagri No. 300.2.2-2138 Tahun 2025 memicu konflik ketika memindahkan status keempat pulau dari Aceh ke Sumut. Masyarakat Aceh langsung memprotes aturan ini karena mengabaikan sejarah panjang mereka atas pulau-pulau tersebut.
Sementara Pemprov Sumut bersikukuh mengacu pada hasil survei Kemendagri, Pemprov Aceh membawa bukti historis dan dokumen lama yang membuktikan kepemilikan mereka. “Kami punya arsip kuat bahwa pulau-pulau ini selalu jadi bagian Aceh,” tegas salah satu perwakilan Aceh sebelumnya.
Prabowo Turun Tangan, DPR Dukung Keputusan
Melihat konflik berkepanjangan, Prabowo memilih turun langsung menyelesaikan masalah. Wakil Ketua DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad mengonfirmasi bahwa Presiden mengambil alih penyelesaian sengketa ini setelah berkoordinasi dengan DPR.
“Presiden tidak ingin ini berlarut. Beliau memutuskan berdasarkan fakta hukum, bukan emosi,” jelas Dasco.
Keputusan ini diharapkan mengakhiri gesekan antara Aceh dan Sumut. Pemerintah mendorong semua pihak untuk menghormati hasil keputusan yang berdasar pada data akurat.
Kini, tugas pemerintah berikutnya adalah memastikan implementasi keputusan berjalan lancar. Kemendagri segera memperbarui data administrasi, sementara pemerintah daerah harus bersinergi untuk mencegah konflik baru.
“Kami minta semua pihak dukung keputusan ini. Ini untuk kebaikan bersama,” pungkas Prasetyo.
Dengan demikian, polemik puluhan tahun akhirnya menemui titik terang. Masyarakat Aceh menyambut gembira keputusan ini, sementara pemerintah mendorong Sumut untuk menerimanya dengan lapang dada.
Keputusan ini menunjukkan komitmen Prabowo menyelesaikan masalah warisan dengan cepat dan tegas. Dengan mengedepankan dokumen resmi, pemerintah berhasil menghindari bias dan memastikan keadilan bagi kedua belah pihak.
