JAKARTA, despenari.id – Kejagung Ungkap Perkara Dugaan TPPU PT Darmex Plantation. Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) terus mengusut perkara dugaan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Kasus ini bermula dari tindak pidana korupsi dalam kegiatan usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit yang diduga dilakukan oleh PT Duta Palma Group melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Darmex Plantation.

Direktur Penuntutan pada Jampidsus Kejagung, Sutikno, menjelaskan bahwa penyidik memperoleh informasi mengenai rencana pengiriman uang hasil kejahatan oleh dua anak usaha PT Darmex Plantation.
PT Deli Muda Perkasa (DMP), yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit, dan PT Taluk Kuantan Perkasa, yang mengelola kelapa sawit, akan mengirimkan dana tersebut ke Hongkong melalui layanan perbankan.
Selanjutnya, penyidik segera berkoordinasi dengan penuntut umum sebelum melakukan pemblokiran terhadap uang senilai Rp479.175.079.148.
“Tanpa menunggu lama setelah pemblokiran, penyidik segera mendesak penuntut umum agar melakukan penyitaan dan memfungsikan uang itu sebagai barang bukti,” papar Sutikno saat jumpa pers yang tayang di KompasTV.

Penuntut umum kemudian mengajukan permohonan penyitaan kepada majelis hakim. Tak lama setelah itu, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat mengeluarkan penetapan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi. Berdasarkan izin tersebut, penuntut umum langsung melakukan penyitaan terhadap dana terdakwa.
Kejaksaan berhasil menyita Rp376.138.264.001 dari PT Deli Muda Perkasa dan Rp103.036.815.147 dari PT Teluk Kuantan Perkasa dari total Rp479.175.079.148.
Sutikno kemudian menjelaskan bahwa Kejaksaan menjerat PT Darmex Plantation dengan Pasal 3, 4, atau 5 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang, juncto Pasal 55 Ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Harli Siregar, memberikan rincian nilai total uang yang telah disita dalam kasus korupsi PT Duta Palma Group.
“Kami ingin memberikan update bahwa total uang rupiah yang berhasil kami sita mencapai Rp6.862.008.004.090, atau sekitar Rp6,8 triliun,” ungkap Harli.
Selain itu, Kejagung juga menyita sejumlah mata uang asing. “Kami menemukan dolar AS senilai 13.274.490,57,dolarSingapurasebesar13.274.490,57,dolarSingapurasebesar12.859.605, dolar Australia $13.700, yuan China ¥2.005, yen Jepang ¥2 juta, won Korea ₩5.645.000, dan ringgit Malaysia RM300,” paparnya.
Harli menjelaskan bahwa Kejaksaan segera memindahkan seluruh dana sitaan ke rekening penitipan khusus di bank persepsi, tidak menyimpannya di kantor maupun rumah. “Langkah ini menjamin keamanan dan akuntabilitas hukum dana tersebut,” tegasnya.
Kejagung membuktikan komitmen nyata dalam pemberantasan pencucian uang dan korupsi di industri sawit dengan mengambil tindakan tegas. Aparat penegak hukum akan terus melanjutkan penyidikan dan penuntutan terhadap PT Darmex Plantation beserta anak perusahaannya guna mengungkap seluruh modus operandi kejahatan yang mereka lakukan.
Sutikno menegaskan, penerapan Pasal 3, 4, dan 5 UU TPPU membuktikan terdakwa aktif menyamarkan aset hasil korupsi melalui pencucian uang. “Pasal-pasal ini secara jelas menjerat berbagai aksi kejahatan, mulai dari menempatkan, memindahkan, sampai menyembunyikan harta haram,” tegasnya.
Selain itu, penggunaan Pasal 55 Ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP memperkuat dakwaan karena melibatkan peran korporasi dalam tindak pidana tersebut. “Ini membuktikan bahwa PT Darmex Plantation tidak hanya sebagai pelaku tunggal, tetapi juga terlibat dalam jaringan kejahatan yang terorganisir,” tegas Sutikno.
Kasus ini dinilai akan memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit. Pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum terus meningkatkan pengawasan untuk mencegah praktik serupa di masa depan. “Kami berharap kasus ini menjadi contoh bahwa tidak ada ruang bagi korupsi dan pencucian uang di industri strategis seperti sawit,” kata Harli.
Kejagung berencana memperdalam penyelidikan dengan melacak aliran dana hingga ke luar negeri. “Kami sedang berkoordinasi dengan otoritas di Hongkong untuk mengungkap jaringan pencucian uang ini lebih jauh,” ungkap Sutikno.
Di sisi lain, tim penuntut juga menyiapkan berkas lengkap untuk segera membawa kasus ini ke persidangan. “Kami ingin memastikan proses hukum berjalan cepat dan transparan,” tambah Harli.
Merespons kasus ini, sejumlah pengamat hukum menilai bahwa penanganan Kejagung patut diapresiasi. “Ini menunjukkan keseriusan negara dalam memerangi kejahatan keuangan yang merugikan perekonomian,” kata seorang ahli hukum ekonomi.
Sementara itu, pelaku usaha di sektor sawit mulai meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi antikorupsi dan anti-pencucian uang. “Kami mendukung langkah tegas pemerintah demi menciptakan iklim bisnis yang sehat,” ujar perwakilan asosiasi perkebunan.
Kejagung berhasil menyita triliunan rupiah dan berbagai mata uang asing, membuktikan mereka memberantas TPPU dan korupsi secara sistematis. Kasus PT Darmex Plantation menunjukkan aparat penegak hukum menutup semua celah bagi pelaku kejahatan keuangan untuk lolos dari jeratan hukum.
Kementerian terkait dan lembaga pengawas akan terus memperkuat regulasi dan meningkatkan pengawasan guna memastikan industri kelapa sawit beroperasi dengan integritas tinggi.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
