Desapenari.id – Seorang Pria Nekat Tikam Pasangan Pacaran, Akhirnya Menikah di Kantor Polisi. Aldo Aprian (23), warga Jambi Seberang, Kota Jambi, nekat menikam seorang pria yang sedang berpacaran karena rasa kesal. Kejadian ini terjadi pada Jumat (21/3/2025) di kawasan Jembatan Pedestrian Gentala Arasy, Kota Jambi. Korban, Reyhan, menderita luka tusuk di punggung dan luka memar di ibu jari akibat insiden tersebut.
AKP Marwi dari Kepolisian Pasar menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan pemeriksaan awal, pelaku mengaku melakukan penikaman karena tidak suka melihat pasangan pacaran di lokasi itu. Meski begitu, polisi masih mendalami motif sebenarnya. “Dia tidak senang melihat orang pacaran di Gentala,” ujar Marwi. Selain itu, polisi juga menelusuri kemungkinan pelaku sering memeras pasangan yang berkunjung ke sana.
Ipda Kgs M. Ali, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Pasar, menambahkan bahwa saksi dan bukti mengindikasikan Aldo kerap memeras wisatawan dengan dalih melarang pacaran. “Dia biasanya mendatangi pasangan yang sedang duduk, lalu mengancam dan meminta uang Rp 50.000 hingga Rp 75.000,” jelasnya. Namun, hingga saat ini, belum ada laporan resmi terkait pemerasan tersebut.
Aldo sendiri mengakui tindakannya didasari ketidaksukaannya terhadap pasangan pacaran. Dia juga membawa senjata tajam untuk berjaga-jaga dari ancaman preman lain. “Saya tidak suka lihat orang pacaran di sana. Pisau itu buat perlindungan,” katanya. Saat menegur korban, Reyhan malah menghindar dan berbohong akan menemui keluarganya, yang membuat Aldo emosi hingga akhirnya menusuknya.
Polisi sementara ini menjerat Aldo dengan Pasal 351 KUHP tentang penganiayaan. Namun, penyelidikan masih terus berlanjut untuk mengungkap lebih dalam.
Di sisi lain, Aldo justru menikahi kekasihnya, Cyndi (19), di Mapolsek Pasar. Pernikahan ini dilangsungkan secara sederhana di Aula Lantai II, disaksikan keluarga, Ketua RT, tokoh adat, serta petugas kepolisian. Pernikahan ini menjadi konsekuensi dari kasus yang menyeret Aldo.
Selama proses akad nikah, Aldo dan Cyndi terlihat kaku dan hampir tidak berbicara. Namun, suasana mencair setelah ijab kabul selesai. Penghulu yang memimpin pernikahan memberi nasihat agar Aldo bertobat dan lebih bertanggung jawab. “Hindari masalah dengan hukum, sekarang kamu punya istri,” pesannya.
Aldo mengaku menyesal dan berjanji tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Sebenarnya, dia dan Cyndi sudah merencanakan pernikahan, tetapi terpaksa dilaksanakan di kantor polisi karena kasusnya. Meski sudah menikah, Aldo tetap harus menjalani proses hukum.
Kapolsek Pasar, AKP Marwi, menegaskan bahwa pernikahan ini adalah bentuk pelayanan polisi kepada masyarakat, termasuk tahanan. “Aldo punya hak untuk menikah, tapi hukum tetap berjalan,” tegasnya.
