JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Komisi Nasional Anti Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan) tak tinggal diam. Mereka secara tegas mengutuk aksi keji grup inses di Facebook yang berlabel “fantasi sedarah”. Tak hanya itu, lembaga ini juga menyoroti nasib para korban yang hingga kini masih belum jelas keadaannya.
Ketua Komnas Perempuan, Maria Ulfah Anshor, menyatakan bahwa kasus ini bak tragedi memilukan. Pasalnya, rumah yang seharusnya menjadi tempat paling aman bagi perempuan justru berubah menjadi lokasi kehancuran harga diri mereka. “Pelaku mengubah rumah—seharusnya tempat aman—menjadi panggung kekerasan. Tak hanya fisik, korban kehilangan rasa percaya dan kemanusiaan!” tegas Maria (28/5/2025).
Maria menekankan bahwa inses termasuk bentuk kekerasan paling berbahaya karena terjadi dalam hubungan terdekat korban. “Ini bukan sekadar pelanggaran hukum, tapi pengkhianatan terhadap kepercayaan keluarga,” tambahnya.
“UU TPKS 2022 menghantam pelaku kekerasan seksual dalam keluarga dengan hukuman lebih berat plus tambahan 1/3!” Oleh karena itu, Komnas Perempuan mendesak aparat hukum untuk menjerat pelaku grup “fantasi sedarah” dengan UU ini.
Tak hanya soal hukuman, UU TPKS juga bisa menjadi payung hukum untuk memastikan korban mendapat perlindungan dan pemulihan jangka panjang. “Korban harus dipulihkan, bukan hanya diadili pelakunya,” tegas Maria.
Komnas Perempuan juga memberi rekomendasi tegas kepada Komisi Digital (Komdigi). “Komnas Perempuan mendesak platform digital segera pasang sistem blokir otomatis untuk konten seksual menyimpang dan diskriminatif,” tegas Maria. “Audit rutin wajib dilakukan agar konten berbahaya langsung kena tindak!”
Selain itu, pemerintah pusat dan daerah didesak untuk bergerak cepat mencegah kekerasan seksual secara sistematis, sesuai amanat UU TPKS Pasal 79. “Pencegahan harus menyeluruh, mulai dari tingkat keluarga hingga masyarakat,” seru Maria.
Komnas Perempuan juga menyoroti peran platform digital seperti Meta (Facebook), X (Twitter), dan TikTok. Mereka menuntut perusahaan-perusahaan ini memperkuat sistem deteksi dan penghapusan konten kekerasan seksual. “Platform harus menyediakan fitur pelaporan yang ramah korban dan berkolaborasi dengan pemerintah untuk menciptakan ruang digital yang aman,” tegas Maria.
Terakhir, Komnas Perempuan mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk aktif menciptakan ruang aman, baik di dunia nyata maupun digital. “Kita semua wajib melakukan edukasi publik dan memantau kasus kekerasan seksual di sekitar kita,” pesannya.
