JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Macet luar biasa terjadi di sejumlah titik Jakarta pada Rabu (28/5/2025). Menurut Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya, pengalihan arus lalu lintas menjadi penyebab utama, terkait kunjungan kenegaraan Presiden Prancis, Emmanuel Macron.
“Ada pengalihan rute karena rombongan Presiden Macron melintas. Pengalihan rute ini memacetkan beberapa ruas jalan,” ungkap AKBP Argo Wiyono, Wakil Direktur Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya, kepada desapenari.id
Tak hanya itu, volume kendaraan juga melonjak karena banyak warga yang buru-buru pulang jelang libur panjang. “Banyak orang memilih pulang lebih awal sebelum liburan, jadi beban jalanan langsung naik drastis,” tambah Argo.
Untuk mengurai kemacetan, polisi terus berupaya mengatur arus lalu lintas. “Petugas sekarang fokus menormalkan kembali kondisi jalan,” ujarnya.
Berdasarkan pantauan akun resmi @TMCPoldaMetro di X (Twitter), kemacetan sempat terjadi di Jalan Gatot Subroto (arah Pancoran) dan Jalan S. Parman (arah Tomang).
Alasannya? Rombongan Presiden Macron sedang berada di Jakarta dari 27 hingga 29 Mei 2025.
