JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) bakal menggelar lelang serentak di 13 daerah pada 11 Juni 2025 mendatang. Kali ini, KPK menawarkan 81 lot barang rampasan korupsi, mulai dari apartemen, mobil, motor, handphone, hingga batik.
Menurut Mungki Hadipratikto, Direktur Pelacakan Aset KPK, lelang ini mencakup 44 lot barang bergerak (seperti kendaraan dan gadget) dan 37 lot barang tidak bergerak (seperti properti). KPK menargetkan total penjualan minimal Rp122,2 miliar.
Beberapa barang ini sebelumnya sudah ditawarkan di lelang Maret lalu, tapi gagal laku atau pembelinya tidak membayar. Salah satunya adalah Apartemen Green Central City Tower Adenium lantai 35 dengan harga limit Rp739,9 juta (uang jaminan Rp300 juta). iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone XR, hingga iPhone 12 Pro Max juga masuk dalam daftar lelang, dengan harga mulai Rp7-8 juta per unit.
Tahapan Lelang: Dari Aanwijzing Hingga Penawaran Online
Bagi yang berminat, KPK menggelar aanwijzing (penjelasan lelang) pada 3 Juni 2025, pukul 10.00-15.00 WIB. Untuk barang bergerak, KPK menggelar acara ini di Rupbasan KPK, Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Sedangkan untuk barang tidak bergerak, calon peserta bisa mengecek langsung di lokasi masing-masing.
Setelah itu, lelang akan berlangsung secara online melalui lelang.go.id pada 11 Juni, mulai pukul 10.00 WIB. Jadi, pastikan kamu sudah siap mengakses situsnya jika ingin menawar!
Syarat Pembayaran & Konsekuensi Jika Telat
Pemenang lelang wajib melunasi pembayaran dalam 5 hari kerja. Jika peserta melewati batas waktu, KPK akan menetapkannya sebagai wanprestasi dan menyita uang jaminannya untuk negara.
Setelah transfer lunas, KPK akan memproses penyerahan barang ke pemenang. Namun, ingat, ada biaya tambahan:
- 2% dari harga lelang untuk barang tidak bergerak (properti).
- 3% untuk barang bergerak (kendaraan, gadget, dll).
Hasil lelang akan masuk ke kas negara sebagai Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP).
