TANGERANG, Desapenari.id – Polisi Tangerang berhasil mengungkap peran tujuh tersangka yang ternyata anggota organisasi masyarakat (ormas) dalam kasus pemerasan sopir truk di Kecamatan Sukadiri dan Mauk, Kabupaten Tangerang. Tak hanya itu, polisi juga membongkar modus operandi mereka yang terorganisir.
Wakapolresta Tangerang, AKBP Christian Aer, membeberkan bahwa ketujuh tersangka berinisial UA (42), AR (28), DH (26), BS (19), MM (17), MR (22), dan AF (16) memiliki tugas berbeda dalam aksi premanisme ini. “UA dan AR bertugas memegang lampu lalu lintas palsu untuk menghentikan truk yang melintas. Mereka bergantian menjalankan peran ini,” jelas Christian di Mapolresta Tangerang, Tigaraksa, Kamis (5/6/2025).
Sementara itu, lima tersangka lainnya—DH, BS, MM, MR, dan AF—langsung mendatangi sopir truk yang sudah dihentikan. “Mereka tanpa basa-basi meminta uang secara paksa kepada para sopir,” tambah Christian. Aksi ini berlangsung secara terstruktur, menunjukkan bahwa pelaku memang sengaja menargetkan truk yang melintas di wilayah tersebut.
Laporan Warga Ungkap Aksi Pemerasan
Kasus ini akhirnya terbongkar setelah warga sekitar melaporkan kejadian mencurigakan di Sukadiri. Tim Satreskrim Polresta Tangerang langsung bergerak cepat, melakukan penyelidikan, dan berhasil menangkap para pelaku. “Begitu mendapat laporan, kami segera bertindak.
Lebih lanjut, ia menjelaskan bahwa aksi premanisme ini terjadi di tiga desa: Desa Gintung dan Desa Sukadiri (Kecamatan Sukadiri), serta Desa Jatiwaringin (Kecamatan Mauk).
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Tangerang, Komisaris Arief N Yusuf, mengungkapkan bahwa polisi menyita sejumlah barang bukti. “Kami menemukan uang tunai Rp 82.500 dan Rp 38.000, satu baju ormas PP, satu lampu lalu lintas palsu, serta satu kaleng wafer,” papar Arief.
Yang menarik, penyidik masih mendalami dugaan adanya setoran hasil pemerasan ke ormas tempat para pelaku bernaung. “Kami tidak menutup kemungkinan ada pihak lain yang terlibat atau menerima keuntungan dari aksi ini,” tandasnya.
Ancaman Hukuman 9 Tahun Penjara
Ketujuh tersangka kini terancam hukuman berat. Mereka dijerat Pasal 368 KUHP tentang pemerasan, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 9 tahun penjara. “Perilaku premanisme seperti ini sangat merugikan masyarakat, terutama sopir truk yang hanya mencari nafkah,” tegas Arief.
Polisi juga mengingatkan warga untuk segera melapor jika menemukan praktik serupa. “Kami tidak toleransi terhadap pemerasan berkedok ormas atau apa pun.
