Desapenari.id – Ganda campuran Indonesia, Adnan Maulana/Indah Cahya Sari Jamil, harus menelan kekecewaan setelah kembali tersingkir di babak perempat final Indonesia Open 2025. Mereka takluk dari pasangan Prancis, Thom Gicquel/Delphine Delrue, dengan skor 11-21, 21-23 dalam laga sengit di Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat (6/6/2025).
Tekanan Lawan Terlalu Kuat, Adnan/Indah Tak Bisa Bangkit
Adnan mengaku, mereka kesulitan menghadapi tekanan agresif dari Gicquel/Delphine. Alih-alih bisa mengendalikan permainan, justru mereka terus tertekan sejak awal pertandingan. “Sangat disayangkan kami belum berhasil melangkah ke semifinal,” ujar Adnan dengan nada kecewa. “Lawan bermain sangat solid, kami tidak bisa keluar dari tekanan mereka,” tambahnya.
Indah juga tak menyembunyikan kekecewaannya. Ia mengakui performa mereka belum maksimal, terutama di momen-momen krusial. “Saya pribadi sangat kecewa. Sejak awal tahun, kami selalu mentok di perempat final. Padahal, kami sangat ingin tembus lebih jauh,” ucap Indah dengan nada frustrasi.
Catatan Buruk di Turnamen 2025
Kekalahan ini semakin memperpanjang catatan kurang baik Adnan/Indah di tahun 2025. Sebelumnya, mereka juga gagal di perempat final Thailand Masters 2025, Orleans Masters 2025, dan Thailand Open 2025. Padahal, keduanya sudah berusaha keras meningkatkan performa melalui latihan intensif.
“Kami sudah berusaha, terus berlatih, tapi hasilnya belum sesuai harapan,” kata Indah. Ia berharap bisa segera menemukan formula terbaik agar bisa konsisten di turnamen besar.
Tuan Hanya Andalkan Fajar/Rian dan Sabar/Reza
Dengan tumbangnya Adnan/Indah, kini harapan tuan rumah di Indonesia Open 2025 hanya bertumpu pada dua wakil di sektor ganda putra, yaitu Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto dan Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Moh Reza Pahlevi Isfahani.
