JAKARTA, desapenari.id – Menyikapi rencana kenaikan tarif ojek online (ojol), LRT Jabodebek langsung bergerak cepat dengan menambah jumlah perjalanan harian. LRT Jabodebek mengambil langkah ini untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan penumpang yang beralih dari ojol ke transportasi umum.
Optimalisasi Layanan untuk Kebutuhan Masyarakat
Mahendro Trang Bawono, Humas LRT Jabodebek, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan seiring tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap transportasi umum yang efisien. “Mulai 1 Juli 2025, kami menambah frekuensi perjalanan dari 366 menjadi 398 per hari di hari kerja. Kami berkomitmen memenuhi kebutuhan penumpang, dan ini bukti nyatanya,” tegas Mahendro kepada Kompas.com, Rabu (2/7/2025).
Dia menambahkan, tren peningkatan pengguna transportasi publik memacu LRT Jabodebek untuk terus menjaga kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang. “Kami yakin kolaborasi antar moda transportasi, termasuk ojol, sangat penting untuk menciptakan sistem mobilitas yang terintegrasi dan ramah pengguna,” ucapnya.

Mahendro menekankan, LRT Jabodebek bukan sekadar alternatif, melainkan bagian kunci dari ekosistem transportasi terpadu. “Ojol selama ini menjadi penghubung vital ke stasiun LRT. Karena itu, kami terus memperkuat sinergi ini,” tegasnya.
Penambahan frekuensi perjalanan bukan satu-satunya strategi. Manajemen LRT Jabodebek berjanji terus memantau tren penumpang dan menyesuaikan kapasitas operasional secara berkala. “Kami tak akan berhenti di sini. Optimalisasi layanan akan terus dilakukan demi menghadirkan transportasi yang aman, nyaman, dan andal,” tandas Mahendro.
Sebelumnya, Kemenhub mengumumkan rencana kenaikan tarif ojol sebesar 8-15% menyusul aksi unjuk rasa pengemudi. Mereka menuntut revisi sistem tarif dan penghapusan program seperti aceng dan slot.
Aan Suhanan, Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Kemenhub, mengonfirmasi bahwa tuntutan driver telah dikaji tuntas. “Hasilnya final. Kenaikan tarif akan diterapkan berdasarkan pembagian tiga zona,” jelas Aan dalam raker dengan Komisi V DPR RI, Senin (30/6/2025).
Zona I, II, dan III akan mengalami kenaikan berbeda, mulai dari 8% hingga 15%. “Variasi tarif disesuaikan dengan kondisi wilayah masing-masing,” pungkasnya.
Kebijakan ini kemungkinan besar akan mendorong lebih banyak warga memilih LRT Jabodebek sebagai alternatif transportasi. LRT Jabodebek terus meningkatkan kualitas layanannya, siap menguatkan perannya sebagai tulang punggung mobilitas masyarakat Jakarta dan sekitarnya.
Beberapa penumpang mengapresiasi penambahan frekuensi perjalanan. “Dengan tarif ojol naik, LRT jadi pilihan lebih hemat dan cepat,” kata Rina, salah satu pengguna setia.
LRT Jabodebek membuktikan responsivitasnya dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar transportasi. Kenaikan tarif ojol justru menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat integrasi antar moda, demi kenyamanan bersama.
