Desapenari.id – Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker) Yassierli akhirnya angkat bicara menanggapi maraknya isu penyalahgunaan dana Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU). Belakangan, bantuan tunai ini diduga dipakai sebagian penerima untuk bermain judi online (judol).
Yassierli dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa pihaknya tidak bisa mengontrol penggunaan dana BSU oleh penerima. Pemerintah sebenarnya merancang bantuan ini khusus untuk meningkatkan daya beli pekerja berpenghasilan rendah. “Itu sudah di luar kendali kami. “Kami merancang BSU khusus untuk mendongkrak daya beli, terutama bagi pekerja yang aktif membayar iuran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,” tegas Yassierli saat menjawab pertanyaan wartawan di Gedung DPR RI, Jakarta, Selasa (8/7/2025).
Meski begitu, Yassierli tetap optimistis bahwa mayoritas pekerja memanfaatkan BSU dengan benar. “Setiap penerima menerima Rp 600.000, dan kami yakin mereka memanfaatkan dana ini untuk kebutuhan produktif,” tegas Menaker. “Kami optimis pekerja menggunakan BSU untuk hal-hal yang positif.” Saya yakin bantuan ini benar-benar membantu pekerja memenuhi kebutuhan hidup,” tegasnya.
8,3 Juta Penerima Sudah Cair, 9 Juta Masih Proses
Yassierli kemudian membeberkan progres penyaluran BSU. Hingga kini, sekitar 8,3 juta pekerja telah menerima dana tahap pertama dan kedua. Namun, masih ada sekitar 9 juta penerima yang pencairannya akan segera diproses. “Total yang sudah cair mencapai 8,3 juta orang. Sedangkan target kami adalah 17 juta pekerja,” ungkapnya.
Untuk mempercepat distribusi, Kemnaker menggandeng PT Pos Indonesia. Sebagian besar dari 9 juta penerima yang belum cair adalah pekerja swasta dan honorer, dan mereka akan menerima BSU melalui jaringan kantor pos. “Mayoritas pencairan tahap akhir akan lewat PT Pos. Prosesnya butuh waktu, tapi kami berusaha cepat. Sebagian kecil lagi akan disalurkan via Bank Himbara,” papar Yassierli.

Menaker mengakui, jutaan data penerima masih belum tervalidasi sempurna. Proses verifikasi harus dilakukan berulang agar bantuan tepat sasaran. “Kami masih harus mengecek ulang data karena ada beberapa ketidaksesuaian. Proses ini butuh waktu, tapi kami pastikan semuanya akurat,” jelasnya.
Salah satu kendala utama adalah ketidakcocokan data antara rekening penerima dan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. “Masih ada beberapa kasus di mana nomor rekening tidak valid saat kami cek dengan bank. Ini yang memperlambat pencairan,” tambah Yassierli.
Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Kemnaker bekerja sama dengan Bank Himbara dan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) guna memastikan dana sampai ke penerima yang benar. “Kami berkomitmen menyelesaikan semua pencairan secepat mungkin. Prosesnya mungkin tidak instan, tapi kami pastikan tidak ada yang tertinggal,” tandasnya.
Optimisme Pemerintah & Harapan ke Depan
Di akhir pernyataannya, Yassierli kembali menegaskan keyakinannya bahwa BSU memberi manfaat besar bagi pekerja. Pemerintah, kata dia, terus berupaya meminimalisir penyalahgunaan dengan memperketat verifikasi. “Kami sadar ada potensi penyimpangan, tapi kami yakin mayoritas pekerja memanfaatkan BSU dengan baik. Ini bukti komitmen pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
