JAKARTA, Desapenari.id– Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan (PDI-P), Hasto Kristiyanto, membacakan nota pembelaan atau pleidoi di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Kamis (11/7/2025). Sidang yang membahas dugaan suap dan perintangan penyidikan kasus Harun Masiku ini berlangsung tegang, namun berakhir dengan kejutan manis.
Begitu keluar dari ruang sidang, puluhan pendukung langsung menyambut Hasto dengan kue ulang tahun. Mereka memakai topi perayaan dan menyanyikan lagu “Selamat Panjang Umur”. Meski masih mengenakan rompi tahanan dan tangan diborgol, Hasto tersenyum lebar saat meniup lilin. Suasana haru pun menyelimuti basement pengadilan yang cahayanya redup.
Pleidoi Hasto: “Saya Tidak Terlibat!”
“Mereka bertiga yang menciptakan rencana suap ini, bukan saya,” tegas Hasto. Ia juga mempertanyakan pesan WhatsApp Saeful yang menyebut “Sisanya kt sekjen ada dp harun”. Menurutnya, pesan itu sangat ganjil dan tidak masuk akal.
Hasto juga membantah keterangan Saeful yang mengaku melobi caleg PDI-P, Riezky Aprilia, di Singapura. “Saya tidak pernah memerintahkan Saeful untuk menyuap siapapun, termasuk Wahyu Setiawan dari KPU,” tegasnya.

Hasto tidak tinggal diam. Ia mengungkap fakta mengejutkan bahwa KPK menggunakan temuan senjata api untuk menekan Saeful Bahri. Pada 4 Juni 2024, penyidik KPK menggerebek rumah mantan istri Saeful, Dona Berisa, dan menemukan dua pucuk senjata serta airsoft gun.
“KPK memanfaatkan temuan ini untuk memaksa Saeful mengubah keterangannya,” ujar Hasto. Ia heran, mengapa bukti baru seperti percakapan WhatsApp Saeful dan Harun baru muncul sekarang, padahal kasus ini sudah selesai pada 2020.

Hasto semakin geram. Ia menuding KPK melakukan rekayasa hukum dengan mengubah fakta persidangan lama. Pertama, soal sumber dana suap. KPK mengaitkan Rp 400 juta dengan dana penghijauan partai, padahal tidak ada hubungannya.
“Ini jelas rekayasa! Dana suap tahap I awalnya Rp 750 juta, tiba-tiba diubah jadi Rp 400 juta,” tegas .
Kedua, Hasto menyoroti keterangan Saeful yang dipaksa menyebut bahwa uang suap berasal darinya. “Kalimat ‘yang bersumber dari Kristiyanto’ sengaja diselipkan penyidik. Itu tidak ada di putusan pengadilan sebelumnya!”
Karena itu, dia meminta majelis hakim membatalkan dakwaan dan tuntutan. “Ini jelas ketidakadilan. Saya tidak akan diam!”
PDI-P Pecat Jokowi-Gibran: Latar Belakang Kasus Ini?
ia juga menyindir bahwa kasus ini mungkin ada hubungannya dengan sikap kritisnya menolak perpanjangan masa jabatan presiden tiga periode. Ia mengingatkan, PDI-P bahkan memecat Jokowi, Gibran, dan Bobby Nasution karena melanggar disiplin partai.
“Saya hanya menjalankan tugas sebagai Sekjen. Tapi, mungkin inilah konsekuensi membela kebenaran,” ujarnya.
Di akhir pleidoi, ia berpidato dengan lantang. Ia menegaskan, dirinya tidak akan menyerah pada ketidakadilan. “Sejarah membuktikan, kebenaran selalu menang. Saya siap berjuang!”
