Saat itu, mereka menyalakan flare dan petasan hingga pertandingan melawan Persis Solo terpaksa dihentikan dua kali. Bahkan, pelatih Persib Bojan Hodak dan para pemain sempat memohon agar aksi itu dihentikan, tetapi suporter tak menghiraukan.
Asap tebal yang memenuhi stadion membuat wasit Rio Permana Putra menghentikan pertandingan meski masih tersisa empat menit. Tak hanya itu, suasana semakin ricuh ketika suporter membanjiri lapangan usai laga, merusak fasilitas stadion, termasuk rumput lapangan. “Bukan cuma flare, mereka turun ke lapangan dan mengacaukan situasi,” tambah Ferry.

Insiden ini ternyata berdampak besar. FIFA, yang sebelumnya sudah memberi lampu hijau untuk suporter away musim depan, akhirnya mencabut izinnya. Ferry mengungkapkan, sebelumnya pihaknya sudah berkoordinasi dengan kepolisian dan semua respons positif. Namun, ulah oknum suporter Persib di final Liga 1 mengubah segalanya. “Kami sempat sangat optimis, tapi sekarang harus menunda rencana,” ujarnya.

Meski begitu, Ferry memastikan bahwa pintu belum sepenuhnya tertutup. Pihaknya akan terus berupaya meyakinkan FIFA agar memberikan izin di putaran kedua kompetisi. “Mungkin butuh waktu tiga hingga empat bulan lagi. Kami berharap kebijakan bisa berubah,” tutupnya.
