Tanggapi Bencana di Aceh, Pertamina Optimalkan Distribusi BBM Lewat Laut dan Udara

Desapenari.id – Pertamina Patra Niaga akhirnya mengerahkan semua kekuatannya dengan memanfaatkan distribusi jalur laut dan udara, sebagai langkah darurat untuk mempercepat penyaluran Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dan elpiji di Aceh. Kenapa? Karena, bencana banjir dan tanah longsor sebelumnya sudah benar-benar melumpuhkan akses transportasi darat di wilayah tersebut. Akibatnya, masyarakat pun menghadapi ancaman kelangkaan pasokan energi yang sangat vital.

Untuk segera mengatasi krisis ini, Wakil Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga, Achmad Muchtasyar, langsung membeberkan bahwa sejumlah langkah percepatan telah mereka jalankan dengan sigap. Terlebih lagi, jalur laut sengaja mereka utamakan terlebih dahulu, khususnya guna memasok kebutuhan pokok dan mendukung operasi evakuasi korban bencana. Tidak main-main, pengiriman perdana melalui laut ini berisi 9 truk tangki elpiji (skid tank) yang memiliki kapasitas mencapai 15 metrik ton, ditambah pasokan BBM sebanyak 24 kiloliter yang khusus dialokasikan untuk mengoperasikan alat berat dan mendukung segala aktivitas tanggap darurat.

“Selain itu, kami juga mengerahkan 4 armada mobil tangki BBM tambahan untuk memperkuat sistem distribusi di lapangan,” tegas Achmad, pada pernyataannya yang dirilis hari Minggu (7/12/2025). Dengan kata lain, Pertamina tidak hanya bergantung pada satu metode pengiriman, melainkan memaksimalkan semua opsi logistik yang masih bisa beroperasi, meskipun kondisi darat sangat terbatas.

Sementara itu, untuk menjangkau wilayah-wilayah yang masih benar-benar terisolasi, Pertamina mengambil langkah heroik dengan membuka jalur udara. Sebagai contoh, pengiriman BBM ke daerah Aceh Tengah dan Bener Meriah kini mereka lakukan melalui pesawat perintis. Bahkan, untuk lokasi-lokasi yang sama sekali tidak bisa ditembus oleh kendaraan darat, pasokan logistik penting telah disiapkan untuk diangkut menggunakan pesawat Hercules yang berkapasitas besar.

“Dan upaya ini akan terus kami optimalkan melalui pesawat Hercules, khususnya untuk menjangkau area-area yang sangat sulit ditembus oleh jalur darat mana pun,” jelas Achmad dengan penuh keyakinan. Alhasil, upaya ‘peluruan’ pasokan dari udara ini diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi jitu untuk mencegah terjadinya kekosongan stok BBM di pelosok Aceh.

Di sisi lain, di jalur laut, Pertamina juga tidak bekerja sendirian. Mereka aktif berkoordinasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh dan KSOP Batam guna menggerakkan kapal-kapal angkutan yang tersedia. Berkat koordinasi yang solid ini, dua kapal ‘Aceh Hebat’ akhirnya berhasil dikerahkan untuk bertindak sebagai kapal suplai tambahan. Termasuk di dalamnya, dimanfaatkan pula kapal penumpang dan barang milik KSOP Batam untuk mendukung misi pengiriman ini.

“Kami, Pertamina Patra Niaga, akan terus memperkuat koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Aceh dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Tujuannya jelas, yaitu untuk memastikan pasokan dan layanan di semua SPBU tetap optimal, sekaligus mempercepat penyaluran ke daerah-daerah yang terdampak parah agar berjalan semakin baik,” janji Achmad. Komitmen kuat ini menunjukkan bahwa Pertamina serius dalam mengemban peran vitalnya di tengah keadaan darurat.

Sebagai bukti keseriusannya, Achmad bahkan melakukan peninjauan langsung ke Fuel Terminal (FT) Krueng Raya di Aceh Besar. Kunjungannya itu dilakukan bersama dengan Sekdetda Aceh, Muhammad Nasir. Perlu diketahui, terminal tersebut saat ini ditetapkan sebagai titik suplai utama untuk wilayah Pidie Jaya, Pidie, dan Bireuen, setelah untuk sementara waktu proses penyaluran dialihkan dari Integrated Terminal Lhokseumawe akibat dampak bencana.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Nasir menyampaikan bahwa koordinasi intensif akan terus dilakukan tanpa henti, agar proses pemulihan distribusi BBM dan elpiji bisa berjalan lebih lancar. Selain itu, dia juga mengimbau seluruh masyarakat agar bijak dalam menggunakan BBM. “Kami mohon kesadaran warga untuk memakai BBM sesuai dengan kebutuhan harian saja, tidak perlu menimbun,” pesan Nasir. Imbauan ini sangat krusial untuk menjaga stabilitas pasokan selama masa pemulihan.

Pada akhirnya, Nasir menegaskan kembali, “Pemerintah Aceh bersama Pertamina Patra Niaga akan terus memaksimalkan semua upaya distribusi BBM dan elpiji.” Dukungan pengiriman melalui jalur laut dengan menggunakan 2 kapal Aceh Hebat pun akan terus dioptimalkan, terutama untuk wilayah-wilayah yang akses daratnya masih mengalami gangguan parah.
