Desapenari.id – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Riau akhirnya mengamankan dua orang tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi besar-besaran. Melalui keterangan resminya pada Selasa (16/12/2025), Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Kejati Riau, Zikrullah, membeberkan identitas kedua tersangka berinisial MA dan DS. Secara tegas Zikrullah menyatakan bahwa MA berposisi sebagai Asisten II Ekonomi dan Antar Lembaga, sementara DS merupakan Kepala Divisi Pengembangan di PT SPRH. Prosesnya sendiri berjalan ketat, karena penetapan tersangka baru mereka lakukan setelah MA dan DS memenuhi panggilan penyidik. Alhasil, berdasarkan pemeriksaan intensif dan kelengkapan alat bukti, Kejati Riau pun mengeluarkan Surat Penetapan Tersangka dengan nomor Tap.tsk-09/L.4/Fd.2/12/2025 untuk MA dan Tap.tsk-10/L.4/Fd.2/12/2025 untuk DS, keduanya tertanggal 15 Desember 2025.
Aksi penahanan pun segera dieksekusi. “MA dan DS kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan PI 10 persen Blok Rokan di lingkungan PT. SPRH,” tegas Zikrullah lebih lanjut. Selanjutnya, kedua tersangka langsung mereka amankan di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Pekanbaru untuk menjalani masa penahanan selama 20 hari ke depan. Ternyata, kedua orang ini bukanlah tersangka pertama dalam kasus ini. Sebelumnya, Kejati Riau telah lebih dulu menetapkan dua orang lain, yaitu Rahman selaku Direktur Utama PT SPRH dan Zulkifli sebagai pengacara perusahaan daerah tersebut. Bahkan, berdasarkan pengembangan kasus, pihak penyidik menemukan koneksi yang kuat sehingga MA dan DS ikut terjerat.
Lantas, apa modus korupsinya? Zikrullah mengungkapkan bahwa keempat tersangka ini diduga terlibat dalam dua praktik curang utama. Pertama, mereka mengatur pembelian kebun sawit secara fiktif. Kedua, mereka juga melakukan mark up atau penggelembungan harga dalam pembelian Company Yard. Dampak dari aksi licik ini sangatlah besar, karena negara akhirnya harus menanggung kerugian fantastis hingga Rp 64.221.498.127,60 (64,2 miliar rupiah). Di akhir pernyataannya, Zikrullah menegaskan komitmen Kejati Riau. “Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau menegaskan bahwa proses penegakan hukum akan kita laksanakan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku,” tutupnya.
