BOGOR, Desapenari.id – Musim kemarau tahun ini benar-benar menyiksa. Bayangkan, sebanyak 2.189 jiwa yang merupakan warga Desa Nagrak, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, kini harus berjuang ekstra keras hanya untuk mendapatkan setetes air. Bukan main-main, hampir seluruh sumur di pemukiman mereka sudah tidak lagi mengeluarkan air, melainkan hanya tanah kering yang retak-retak. Akibatnya, mereka pun terpaksa rela mengantre dan menimba air dari aliran Sungai Cikeas yang keruh demi memenuhi kebutuhan mandi, cuci, dan masak sehari-hari.
Kepala Bidang Kedaruratan dan Logistik BPBD Kabupaten Bogor, M Adam Hamdani, mengungkapkan keprihatinannya yang mendalam. Menurutnya, bencana kekeringan ini secara spesifik melanda dua kawasan padat penduduk, yaitu Kampung Cibedug Mayak dan Kampung Cibedug Raden yang berada di wilayah Desa Nagrak. “Di dua kampung tersebut, kondisi air benar-benar sudah kering kerontang. Hampir bisa dipastikan tidak ada satu pun sumur warga yang masih bisa menyemburkan air,” ujar Adam dengan nada prihatin saat dihubungi tim media melalui keterangan resminya, Rabu (8/7/2026). Ia menambahkan bahwa warga kini tidak punya pilihan lain selain menyusuri medan untuk mencari sumber kehidupan di aliran Sungai Cikeas yang jaraknya cukup jauh dari pemukiman.
Berdasarkan hasil kajian mendalam yang dilakukan oleh tim ahli BPBD di lapangan, skala dampak kekeringan ini terbagi dalam dua klaster utama. Di Kampung Cibedug Mayak, kekeringan menerjang wilayah RT 02, RT 03, RT 05, dan RT 06 yang berada di bawah naungan RW 06. Petugas mendata bahwa setidaknya ada 369 kepala keluarga atau setara dengan 1.389 jiwa yang merasakan langsung dampak krisis air ini. Sementara itu, tidak kalah parahnya, di Kampung Cibedug Raden yang meliputi RT 01 dan RT 02 RW 05, kekeringan juga mengancam kelangsungan hidup 284 kepala keluarga atau sekitar 800 jiwa. Bayangkan, total hampir dua ribu lebih jiwa harus bertahan di tengah teriknya matahari tanpa akses air bersih yang layak.
Adam pun menjelaskan lebih jauh mengenai penyebab utama musibah ini. Ia menyoroti bahwa fenomena kekeringan ekstrem ini dipicu oleh penurunan curah hujan yang sangat drastis di wilayah Sukaraja. Anomali iklim yang memicu kemarau berkepanjangan ini membuat cadangan air tanah di kawasan tersebut terus menyusut secara signifikan. Akibatnya, sejumlah mata air yang biasanya menjadi andalan warga kini tidak lagi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. “Ini adalah dampak nyata dari perubahan iklim yang terjadi, dan warga kami adalah korban yang paling merasakan pahitnya,” sesal Adam.
Namun, di tengah situasi sulit itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor melalui Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) tidak tinggal diam. Mereka langsung bergerak cepat untuk meringankan beban masyarakat. Buktinya, BPBD Kabupaten Bogor telah mendistribusikan bantuan air bersih sebanyak 15.000 liter kepada warga terdampak. Untuk mengangkut air sebanyak itu, mereka mengerahkan satu unit mobil tangki besar yang bolak-balik melakukan tiga kali perjalanan ritase. Petugas dengan sigap mengisi tandon-tandon air walaupun harus melewati medan yang terjal.
Sumber air bersih yang didistribusikan tersebut ternyata diambil dari beberapa titik lokasi yang masih memiliki pasokan air melimpah, yaitu dari kawasan Sumarecon dan juga dari Tisabilaga. Setelah air tiba di lokasi, petugas langsung menyalurkan air tersebut kepada warga yang sudah setia menunggu dengan membawa ember dan jerigen. Tidak hanya sekadar membagikan air, Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC) BPBD pun secara intensif berkoordinasi dengan aparat desa setempat serta para ketua RT untuk memastikan distribusi berjalan lancar dan tepat sasaran. Mereka juga turun langsung melakukan asesmen atau penilaian cepat di lokasi untuk memantau perkembangan situasi dari waktu ke waktu.
“Hari ini, pasokan air bersih sudah kami distribusikan oleh tim TRC BPBD Kabupaten Bogor dengan volume total mencapai 15.000 liter,” tegas Adam. Ia berharap bantuan ini mampu mencukupi kebutuhan dasar warga, setidaknya untuk beberapa hari ke depan, sambil menunggu hujan turun atau mencari solusi jangka panjang lainnya. Warga pun sangat berharap agar musim kemarau ini segera berakhir dan pihak terkait terus memberikan perhatian khusus agar mereka tidak terus menerus bergantung pada air sungai yang kualitasnya belum tentu terjamin.
