Perlu diketahui, selama ini kedua terminal inilah yang menjadi jantung distribusi segala jenis BBM untuk semua Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di seluruh penjuru Jawa Barat. Sementara itu, untuk mengamankan stok LPG, Pertamina mengandalkan kekuatan dari empat terminal andalan, yaitu Terminal LPG Tanjung Sekong Tanjung Priok, Eretan, Balongan, dan Cilacap.
Yang lebih meyakinkan lagi, Sales Manager Patra Niaga area Bandung Raya, Sindhu Priyo, dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa stok BBM di Jabar saat ini sebenarnya sudah dalam kondisi aman hingga periode libur nanti. “Oleh karena itu, saya bisa pastikan bahwa stok BBM dan LPG untuk masa Natal dan Tahun Baru benar-benar dalam keadaan yang aman dan terkendali,” tegas Sindhu dalam jumpa pers yang digelar di Co&Co Kafe, Dipatiukur, Kota Bandung, pada Kamis (11/12/2025).
Namun, Pertamina ternyata tidak mau cuma mengandalkan stok aman saja, lho! Mereka malah menargetkan penambahan ekstra. Sindhu pun membeberkan detailnya, Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat secara spesifik menargetkan penambahan stok berbagai jenis BBM yang didistribusikan dari Fuel Terminal Ujungberung dan Padalarang ke seluruh SPBU di Jabar. Menariknya, penambahan ini mencapai 4 persen lebih banyak dari volume stok normal biasanya.
Sebagai gambaran, kapasitas Fuel Terminal Ujungberung sendiri terhitung sangat besar, yaitu mencapai 94.956 kilo liter. Terminal ini juga memiliki Daily Operational Tolerance (DOT) atau kemampuan distribusi harian sekitar 4.714 kilo liter per hari. Di sisi lain, Fuel Terminal Padalarang juga tak kalah penting dengan kapasitas tanki timbun sebesar 54.860 kilo liter dan DOT harian mencapai 2.332 kilo liter. “Tapi kami tidak berhenti di angka 4 persen. Kami malah menambah stoknya hingga 10 persen dari proyeksi awal tersebut. Khusus untuk LPG, penambahannya bahkan mencapai 1.656 metrik ton!” ungkap Sindhu dengan penuh semangat.
Selain fokus pada penambahan stok, Pertamina juga mengerahkan tim khusus untuk mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan. Sindhu mengungkapkan bahwa Pertamina Patra Niaga secara resmi membentuk Tim Satgas Natal dan Tahun Baru. Tim khusus ini bertugas penuh untuk mengawal dan mengantisipasi segala kendala yang berpotensi mengganggu suplai BBM selama puncak momen liburan.
Nah, salah satu ancaman serius yang terus dipantau oleh Tim Satgas ini adalah potensi gangguan suplai akibat bencana alam, mengingat cuaca ekstrim yang kerap melanda Jawa Barat belakangan ini. Sindhu menjelaskan, agar suplai tetap bisa mengalir normal meski bencana terjadi, pihaknya telah menyiapkan skenario tanggap darurat. Mereka akan memastikan pola Reguler, Alternatif, dan Emergency (RAE) bisa langsung diaktifkan dengan cepat seandainya jalur suplai utama terblokir atau terganggu.
Dalam kondisi darurat seperti itu, Pertamina Patra Niaga juga berjanji akan melakukan koordinasi secara intensif dan langsung dengan pemerintah daerah setempat. Tujuannya jelas, yaitu untuk memprioritaskan dan memastikan kelancaran suplai bahan bakar sampai ke SPBU dan agen-agen penyalur. “Untuk bencana, tentu saja kami sama sekali tidak mengharapkannya terjadi. Akan tetapi, jika suatu saat bencana itu datang, kami sudah punya pola cadangan suplai seperti RAE tadi. Jadi, kapan pun bencana terjadi, Insya Allah kami bisa mengatasinya. Kami bahkan sudah menyiapkan beberapa skenario detail dari pola RAE itu sendiri,” papar Sindhu dengan penuh percaya diri.
