Jakarta, Desapenari.id – Di tengah ramainya kebijakan work from home (WFH) untuk aparatur sipil negara (ASN), Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto, dengan tegas meluruskan bahwa sektor pendidikan tidak ikut-ikutan. Lalu, apa kabar para pelajar? Tenang, kata beliau, proses belajar mengajar tetap berlangsung normal seperti biasa. Bahkan, beliau menekankan bahwa tak ada satu pun jenjang pendidikan yang terdampak aturan WFH tersebut. Jadi, jangan khawatir ya, guys!
Sambil menyelipkan senyum tipis dalam konferensi pers daring, Selasa (31/3/2026), Airlangga menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan belajar mengajar secara tatap muka atau luring tetap menjadi panglima. Lebih lanjut, ia memastikan bahwa kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) secara daring tidak diberlakukan lagi. Artinya, interaksi langsung antara guru dan murid kembali mengisi ruang-ruang kelas setiap hari. Mantap, kan?
“Tetap melakukan belajar mengajar secara tatap muka yaitu luring secara normal di seluruh jenjang pendidikan dasar hingga menengah, lima hari dalam seminggu,” ujar Airlangga dengan nada optimis. Nah, ini berarti para siswa dari SD hingga SMA bisa kembali merasakan suasana sekolah yang riuh dan penuh tawa. Tak perlu cemas akan tugas daring menumpuk, karena meja sekolah dan papan tulis kembali bersuara!
Tak hanya itu, pemerintah juga memberikan kabar gembira lain. Menurut Airlangga, kegiatan ajang olahraga hingga ekstrakurikuler di sekolah sama sekali tidak mendapat pembatasan. “Tidak ada pembatasan untuk kegiatan ajang olahraga terkait dengan prestasi maupun ekstrakurikuler lainnya,” tegasnya penuh semangat. Artinya, turnamen futsal, latihan paduan suara, atau bahkan pramuka bisa digelar meriah tanpa bayang-bayang larangan. Seru, bukan?
Lantas, bagaimana dengan mahasiswa? Jangan buru-buru kecewa! Untuk institusi perguruan tinggi, khususnya mereka yang sudah memasuki semester empat, kebijakan perkuliahan disesuaikan dengan Surat Edaran Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains dan Teknologi (Kemendikti Saintek). “Untuk pendidikan tinggi untuk semester 4 ke atas menyesuaikan SE Mendiktisaintek,” ucap Airlangga. Jadi, perkuliahan tetap berjalan, hanya saja teknisnya mengikuti arahan resmi kampus masing-masing.
Sebelumnya, sebuah surat edaran telah diterbitkan oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Tito Karnavian, yakni Nomor 800.1.5/3349/SJ tentang Transformasi Budaya Kerja ASN di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah. Surat tersebut dibuat sebagai tindak lanjut dari kebijakan WFH bagi ASN di pemda. Namun, perlu dicatat bahwa isi surat itu tidak menyentuh sektor pendidikan.
Surat edaran Mendagri itu mulai resmi berlaku hari ini, 1 April 2026. Lebih menarik lagi, pemerintah berjanji akan mengevaluasi kebijakan ini secara berkala. Jadi, fleksibilitas tetap dijaga, tapi dunia pendidikan tidak ikut dikorbankan. Cerdas, kan?
Selain sektor pendidikan, ada beberapa pejabat yang juga dikecualikan dari kebijakan WFH. Misalnya, para pejabat eselon I dan II di daerah, camat, lurah, kepala desa, hingga sektor pelayanan publik tetap harus bekerja dari kantor. Di level provinsi, pejabat pimpinan tinggi madya dan pratama juga tetap diwajibkan hadir meskipun ASN lain boleh WFH.
Sementara di tingkat kabupaten/kota, pengecualian WFH juga berlaku untuk pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama, administrator atau eselon III, camat, lurah, hingga kepala desa. Kesimpulannya? Jangan percaya hoaks yang bilang sekolah libur atau online lagi. Pemerintah sudah tegas: sekolah tetap tatap muka, lima hari penuh, dan semua kegiatan positif di sekolah tetap berjalan meriah!
