SALATIGA, desapenari.com – Dosen FH UKSW Salatiga, R.E.S Fobia, secara resmi kembalikan seluruh bantuan dari Pendeta Dr. Ferry Nahusona selaku Kepala Campus Ministry.
Pada Minggu (15/6), Res (dosen) mengonfirmasi telah kembalikan bantuan untuk istrinya ke pemberi sehari sebelumnya, Sabtu (14/6) pukul 17.00 WIB.
Res menegaskan bahwa pemberian bantuan uang dan sembako tersebut merupakan bentuk eksploitasi terhadap dirinya dan keluarga.
Res menyatakan tidak tahu soal bantuan karena sejak 10/6 ia mogok makan di depan kampus. Ia menuduh pimpinan UKSW memanfaatkan kunjungan tersebut sebagai alat pencitraan.
Res menjelaskan bahwa saat menyerahkan bantuan berupa beras dan minyak goreng, Campus Ministry menyatakan itu sebagai bantuan resmi mereka. Namun setelah penerimaan bantuan, ia menerima transfer uang dengan pesan ‘berbagi kasih dari Prof Yafet R’, meski dikirim melalui rekening Ferry Nahusona.
Menurut Res, ada kebohongan yang terjadi dalam proses pemberian bantuan tersebut.
Campus Ministry UKSW menyampaikan bantuan tersebut kepada istrinya, namun Wakil Rektor Bidang Kerjasama dan Kealumnian UKSW, Prof. Yafet Yosafet Wilben Rissy, juga menyertakan pesan ‘berbagi kasih’.
Res menegaskan bahwa ia melakukan mogok makan sebagai protes atas persoalan internal di UKSW.
Ia menegaskan, ‘Jangan bawa persoalan ini ke ranah personal. Jika ingin penyelesaian, panggil saya langsung—saya pasti datang karena mereka tetap pimpinan saya.’
Ia juga mendesak universitas mengevaluasi secara menyeluruh pola penilaian Beban Kinerja Dosen (BKD) sebagai acuan pembayaran gaji.
“Kenapa hanya saya yang dijadikan sasaran? Apakah dari dosen lain juga ada penertiban, karena pasti banyak juga yang bermasalah. Saya itu dari April-September 2024 masih mengajar secara team teaching,” kata Res.

R.E.S Fobia, dosen FH UKSW Salatiga, memicu tanggapan resmi pimpinan kampus dengan aksi mogok makannya.
Universitas menyatakan melalui rilis tertulis Sabtu (14/6/2025) bahwa R.E.S Fobia telah mangkir dari kewajiban tridharma perguruan tinggi – mengajar, meneliti, dan mengabdi kepada masyarakat – selama beberapa semester terakhir.
Menurut keterangan tersebut, R.E.S Fobia tidak melaksanakan tugasnya dari Semester Ganjil 2023/2024 hingga Semester Genap 2024/2025 dan juga tidak menyampaikan alasan ketidakhadiran secara resmi kepada universitas sejak April 2024 hingga April 2025.
Universitas menegaskan bahwa R.E.S Fobia tidak mengisi Beban Kinerja Dosen (BKD) dan tidak menunjukkan bukti kegiatan tridharma, sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat penerimaan gaji.
“Sekalipun demikian, sebagai bentuk solidaritas kemanusiaan, gaji R.E.S. Fobia, S.H., MIDS., sejak April 2024 hingga November 2024 tetap dibayarkan UKSW dengan harapan bahwa R.E.S Fobia kembali melaksanakan kewajibannya dan memenuhi panggilan untuk melapor kepada pimpinan Universitas,” tulis pihak UKSW.
