DPR Temukan Anggaran Helikopter dan Apartemen untuk KPU Selain Jet Pribadi

JAKARTA, desapenari.id – DPR Temukan Anggaran Helikopter dan Apartemen untuk KPU Selain Jet Pribadi. Anggota Komisi II DPR RI Ahmad Doli Kurnia mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya menemukan anggaran pengadaan helikopter, rumah dinas, dan mobil Toyota Alphard untuk komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU).

Ia menyampaikan hal ini menanggapi laporan Koalisi Masyarakat Sipil kepada KPK tentang penggunaan jet pribadi KPU untuk pemantauan Pemilu 2024. Doli menegaskan bahwa DPR periode sebelumnya telah mempertanyakan anggaran tersebut.

“Saya tidak memastikan apakah helikopter masuk dalam paket jet pribadi, tetapi kami mengetahui KPU pernah memakainya,” jelas Doli saat Kompas.com menghubunginya pada Jumat (9/5/2025). Sebagai mantan Ketua Komisi II, ia mengaku telah memperingatkan KPU tentang masalah ini.

Selain itu, Doli mempertanyakan alasan pemberian apartemen kepada komisioner KPU yang sudah memiliki rumah dinas. “Para komisioner memiliki dua fasilitas, rumah dinas dan apartemen. Kenapa tidak satu saja?

Begitu pula dengan mobil dinas. Doli menyebut bahwa setiap komisioner memiliki lebih dari satu kendaraan. “Mereka bahkan sempat membeli Toyota Alphard dan berencana menambah mobil keempat. Namun, rencana itu dibatalkan setelah kami mengingatkan,” jelasnya.

Laporan Dugaan Korupsi Pengadaan Jet Pribadi

Sebelumnya, Koalisi Antikorupsi yang terdiri dari Transparency International Indonesia (TI Indonesia), Themis Indonesia, dan Trend Asia melaporkan dugaan korupsi pengadaan jet pribadi KPU kepada KPK pada Rabu (7/5/2025). Laporan tersebut mencakup tiga aspek: pengadaan barang/jasa, penyimpangan penggunaan, dan pelanggaran regulasi perjalanan dinas.

Peneliti TI Indonesia Agus Sarwono menyatakan bahwa terdapat indikasi mark-up dalam sewa jet pribadi tersebut. “Kami menemukan kejanggalan dalam proses pengadaan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga pemilihan penyedia melalui e-katalog yang tertutup,” katanya di Gedung KPK.

Agus mencurigai bahwa perusahaan pemenang tender, yang baru berdiri pada 2022, tidak memiliki pengalaman memadai.

KPU Bela Penggunaan Jet Pribadi

Ketua KPU Afifuddin mengaku belum menerima informasi resmi dari KPK terkait laporan tersebut. “KPU memakai jet pribadi untuk mempercepat distribusi logistik pemilu selama masa kampanye yang hanya 75 hari,” tegasnya. “Kebijakan ini kami ambil untuk memastikan persiapan pemilu berjalan lancar,” ujarnya di Kantor Bawaslu, Kamis (8/5/2025).

Afifuddin menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan jet tidak hanya untuk logistik, tetapi juga pemantauan kesiapan pemilu di seluruh Indonesia. Meski demikian, DPR meminta KPU mengevaluasi pengadaan fasilitas mewah tersebut agar lebih efisien dan transparan.
