LABUAN BAJO, Desapenari.id – Tanpa basa-basi lagi, Sekretaris Dinas Pariwisata, Ekonomi Kreatif, dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Krispin Mesima, secara tegas mendorong transparansi harga sebagai senjata utama pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam melayani wisatawan. Selanjutnya, ia melontarkan pernyataan penting ini dalam sebuah gelaran kegiatan fasilitasi pendanaan dan pembiayaan UMKM yang berlangsung sangat meriah pada Rabu (5/11/2025). Tak lupa, Krispin menegaskan, “Transparansi soal harga itu adalah kunci utama. Pada intinya, semua ini demi menjaga dan mempertahankan citra pariwisata Labuan Bajo yang sudah dibangun dengan susah payah.” Bahkan, ia menambahkan dengan penuh semangat bahwa seluruh pihak, tanpa terkecuali para pelaku UMKM, harus benar-benar memegang komitmen kuat untuk menjaga kualitas pariwisata di kawasan super indah tersebut.
Lebih jauh lagi, Krispin kembali menekankan pesan intinya dengan bahasa yang sangat gamblang. “Kita harus jaga bersama-sama image destinasi kita yang sudah mendunia ini. Oleh karena itu, apapun aktivitas yang dilakukan, termasuk oleh para pelaku ekonomi kreatif, harus mampu menjamin kenyamanan destinasi. Singkatnya, transparansi dan tata kelola yang baik adalah hal yang sangat krusial. Begitu pula, kualitas pelayanan harus menjadi prioritas nomor satu,” tegasnya tanpa ragu-ragu. Di sisi lain, Krispin juga dengan sabar memaparkan detail kegiatan fasilitasi pendanaan tersebut. Ternyata, program strategis tahun 2025 ini secara khusus menyasar sepuluh UMKM pilihan yang tersebar di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Alhasil, kegiatan inspiratif ini bertujuan memberikan suntikan dukungan pendanaan dan pembiayaan yang langsung menyentuh kebutuhan pelaku usaha.
Tak hanya berhenti di situ, Krispin pun menjelaskan latar belakang program ini dengan sangat detail. “Ini merupakan salah satu inisiatif andalan dari Dinas Parekrafbud Manggarai Barat untuk secara konsisten membangun ekosistem ekonomi kreatif yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Perlu diketahui, program ini telah kami jalankan dengan sukses selama beberapa tahun berturut-turut. Kali ini, kami dengan penuh keyakinan menargetkan sepuluh kelompok UMKM lokal yang kami nilai memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang,” jelasnya dengan penuh antusiasme. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memicu gelombang positif bagi pertumbuhan usaha mikro di Labuan Bajo.
Di luar dugaan, inisiatif pemerintah ini langsung mendapat sambutan hangat dari para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu contohnya, Maria Goreti Jaimun Datang, seorang pelaku UMKM di bidang kuliner yang cukup ternama, dengan lugas mengapresiasi inisiatif Dinas Parekrafbud yang secara nyata membantu pembiayaan usaha mereka. Menurut pengakuannya, pelaku UMKM kerap kali menghadapi kendala finansial yang sangat pelik dalam biaya pengembangan usaha. Secara khusus, Maria menyampaikan, “Bantuan dan kegiatan seperti ini sangat penting dan berdampak langsung bagi saudara-saudara kami di daerah Mbeliling dan sekitarnya. Pada kenyataannya, permasalahan utama yang selalu menghantui pelaku UMKM di desa adalah kurangnya modal untuk memproduksi barang dalam jumlah yang memadai.” Akhirnya, harapan besar pun dilontarkan Maria. Ia berharap agar pemerintah dapat membuka akses yang lebih luas lagi bagi kelompok UMKM lokal untuk menitipkan produk unggulan mereka di beberapa lokasi strategis di Labuan Bajo, sehingga produk lokal dapat dinikmati oleh lebih banyak wisatawan.
