Dalam pertemuan menteri yang digelar di Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) PBB bertema “Penyelesaian Damai untuk Isu Palestina dan Implementasi Solusi Dua Negara”, Arrmanatha menekankan pentingnya menjaga momentum untuk mewujudkan solusi dua negara. Veto Bisa Hambat Langkah Palestina tanpa Veto
Indonesia sendiri, bersama Italia, mendapat kepercayaan untuk memimpin Kelompok Kerja 2 dalam KTT ini. Kelompok ini fokus membahas aspek keamanan kedua negara (Israel dan Palestina) serta stabilitas kawasan. Arrmanatha menegaskan bahwa semua upaya mendukung Palestina harus berujung pada penguatan Otoritas Palestina, termasuk dalam pemerintahan transisi di Gaza dan jaminan keamanan bagi wilayah Palestina.
