Publik dihebohkan dengan kabar pembacokan kepada pengantin pria jelang pernikahannya. Ia mendapatkan serangan mendadak dari seseorang pada Minggu (11/5/2025).

Korban diketahui bernama Ahmad Handa (30). Ia merupakan calon pengantin yang seharusnya melakukan akad dengan pujaan hatinya, Faridah Ariyani.

Nahas, Ahmad harus mengalami pembacokan saat menuju ke lokasi pernikahannya di Jalan Panca Usaha, depan Lorong Wakaf II, Kelurahan 5 Ulu, Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I, Pelembang. Akibatnya akad nikah pun harus tertunda. Lantas apa motif yang melatarbelakangi hal tersebut?

Saat itu Ahmad baru saja turun dari mobil.

Ahmad pun harus mengalami luka bacok di sekujur tubuhnya. Ia kemudian dilarikan ke RSUD BARI Palembang guna mendapatkan perawatan. Namun ia tetap melangsungkan akad nikah di ruang perawatan rumah sakit tersebut.

Aidil, kakak kandung Faridah, menegaskan bahwa mereka telah melangsungkan akad nikah kemarin dan kini tengah mempersiapkan Faridah untuk menjalani operasi di RSUP Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.

Sebagai keluarga mempelai wanita, Aidil mengaku terkejut ketika calon adik iparnya tiba-tiba menjadi korban penyerangan. Faridah sendiri telah mengkonfirmasi kejadian tersebut.

“Waktu itu baru saja sampai di tempat dan mau turun. Tiba-tiba lima orang menyerang,” jelasnya.

Ia mengaku bahwa lima orang yang menyerangnya adalah musuh lamanya. Ahmad juga mengenali salah satu pelaku yang membacoknya dengan sajam.

“Yang pakai pistol nahan mobil, yang kejar-kejar saya tiga orang,” jelasnya.

Saat itu Ahmad berlari menyelamatkan diri dengan masuk ke rumah salah satu warga. Menurutnya kejadian itu lantaran para pelaku masih memiliki dendam padanya.

“Saya menyelamatkan diri masuk ke rumah warga.

Dengan demikian, kasus ini terus mengundang perhatian publik sekaligus memantik diskusi serius tentang pendekatan terbaik dalam menangani masalah disiplin pelajar. Om Zein secara tegas mempertahankan kebijakannya sembari memberi tantangan nyata kepada Verrel Bramasta untuk membuktikan alternatif lain.

Di sisi lain, Verrel pun menunjukkan keseriusannya dengan menyiapkan program pendampingan non-militer bagi 15 siswa tersebut. Kedua belah pihak kini tengah bersiap membuktikan metode masing-masing di lapangan.
