Brigjen Wahyu Yudhayana, Kadispenad, menjelaskan bahwa truk tersebut merupakan bagian dari konvoi Batalyon Infanteri 509/BY Divisi Infanteri 2 Kostrad yang baru kembali dari penugasan di Papua. “Pasukan ini tiba di Surabaya melalui jalur laut sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan darat menuju markas di Jember,” jelasnya, Selasa (6/5).
