PATI, Desapenari.id – Wah, ada kabar mengejutkan nih dari Bumi Mina Tani! Plt Bupati Pati, Risma Ardhi Chandra, baru saja membeberkan fakta menarik. Menurutnya, batas omzet yang direncanakan pemerintah untuk mewajibkan pajak UMKM di Kabupaten Pati ternyata jauh lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan sejumlah daerah tetangga. Keren, kan?
Saat ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pati sedang asyik duduk bareng dengan DPRD. Mereka kompak membahas rancangan aturan anyar tentang batas pajak daerah yang khusus menyasar para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Jadi, jangan sampai ketinggalan info ya!
Nah, dalam pembahasan yang super serius itu, muncullah sebuah usulan yang cukup mencengangkan. Pihak eksekutif dan legislatif mengusulkan agar para pelaku usaha yang omzetnya menembus angka lebih dari Rp 6 juta per bulan resmi masuk kategori wajib pajak. Gila nggak tuh?
“Untuk UMKM, kita bersama-sama menentukan batas omzet di angka Rp 6 juta per bulan,” ujar Chandra dengan tegas saat ditemui awak media, Rabu (20/5/2026). Ia pun tersenyum puas.
Lebih lanjut, ia dengan bangga menambahkan, “Pati termasuk daerah dengan batas tertinggi, lho! Artinya, banyak pelaku usaha kecil yang tidak kena pajak karena batasnya tinggi sekali.” Nah, itu dia kelebihannya!
Bikin Melongo! Batas Pajak UMKM Pati Disebut Lebih Tinggi dari Daerah Lain
Chandra kemudian membeberkan data perbandingan yang bikin kita semua tercengang. Ia menjelaskan bahwa nominal Rp 6 juta per bulan itu bukan angka sembarangan. Angka itu terbukti lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan batas omzet kena pajak yang saat ini diterapkan di beberapa kabupaten sekitar Pati.
Coba simak baik-baik, ya! Chandra mengungkapkan bahwa Kabupaten Rembang, tetangga sebelah, hanya menetapkan batas omzet UMKM yang kena pajak di kisaran Rp 1,5 juta hingga Rp 2 juta per bulan saja. Jauh banget kan bedanya?
Belum berhenti di situ, kita lihat Kabupaten Kudus. Ternyata, Kudus juga menerapkan batas pajak yang relatif lebih rendah. Mereka mematok omzet UMKM kena pajak di kisaran Rp 4,5 juta per bulan. Artinya, usulan Pati yang mencapai Rp 6 juta memang paling tinggi sementara ini.
Dengan usulan setinggi langit ini, Pemkab Pati berharap aturan ini benar-benar memihak kepada para pejuang ekonomi kelas kecil. Tujuan utamanya jelas: melindungi kantong para pedagang cilik dengan memberi mereka keringanan luar biasa. Mereka menetapkan batas omzet lebih tinggi agar banyak UMKM yang aman dari jeratan pajak.
Tak hanya itu, aturan ini juga dirancang sebagai langkah strategis untuk menciptakan sistem perpajakan yang lebih adil, transparan, dan terukur bagi semua pelaku usaha. Jadi, yang besar ya bayar, yang kecil aman sentosa. Adil banget, kan?
Hati-Hati! Aturan Masih Belum Final, Jangan Terjebak Hoax!
Namun, jangan keburu senang atau panik dulu, ya! Wakil Ketua DPRD Pati, Bambang Susilo, memberikan sedikit “spoiler” yang tak kalah penting. Ia mengingatkan bahwa aturan ini belum diketok palu alias belum final.
Bambang menjelaskan secara lugas bahwa saat ini pembahasan aturan pajak UMKN masih terus berlangsung. Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) bersama pihak eksekutif masih duduk manis membahas detail demi detail.
“Proses pembahasan masih berjalan aktif oleh Bapemperda bersama eksekutif. Mereka sedang menentukan parameter yang paling tepat untuk memetakan mana pengusaha yang wajib pajak dan mana yang tidak,” tutur Bambang dengan penuh kehati-hatian.
Ia pun menegaskan agar masyarakat tidak langsung percaya pada angka mentah. Angka Rp 6 juta yang heboh diperbincangkan itu adalah omzet pendapatan bulanan pelaku usaha. Namun, perlu diingat! Angka tersebut saat ini masih berstatus usulan belaka.
“Jadi, besaran itu masih dalam tahap pembahasan mendalam. Belum ada keputusan final sama sekali,” tegas Bambang mengingatkan. Semua tergantung pada kajian teknis yang matang serta penyesuaian dengan regulasi pajak daerah yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, pantau terus perkembangan resminya, ya!
