JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – 21 Bus : Dokumen Palsu hingga Tak Layak Jalan, ini Fakta Lengkapnya! Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) baru saja menggelar operasi besar-besaran! Mereka melakukan inspeksi mendadak (ramp check) terhadap angkutan umum di Rest Area KM 45A Tol Jagorawi. Tujuannya jelas: memastikan keselamatan penumpang dan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan selama libur panjang Hari Kenaikan Yesus Kristus.
Hasilnya? Mengejutkan! Dari 46 bus yang diperiksa (3 bus AKAP dan 43 bus pariwisata), ternyata 21 unit—atau hampir setengahnya—ketahuan melanggar aturan! Mulai dari dokumen palsu hingga kendaraan yang sebenarnya tak layak melaju di jalan.
Yusuf Nugroho, Direktur Sarana dan Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan, menegaskan bahwa operasi seperti ini bukan hal baru. “Kami terus bekerja sama dengan polisi, Dishub Bogor, BPTD Jabar, dan Jasa Marga untuk memastikan semua bus memenuhi syarat teknis, kelayakan jalan, dan dokumen perizinan,” ujarnya pada Kamis (29/5/2025).
Ia menambahkan, “Di momen liburan panjang seperti ini, kami harus ekstra waspada. Kami cek izin operasional, administrasi, dan kondisi kendaraan agar penumpang bisa sampai tujuan dengan aman.”
Pelanggaran yang Terungkap
Nah, ini yang bikin geleng-geleng kepala:
- 8 bus punya kartu pengawasan yang sudah kedaluwarsa.
- 13 bus bahkan tak punya kartu pengawasan sama sekali!
- 1 bus ketahuan bawa dokumen BLU-e (Bukti Lulus Uji Laik Jalan) palsu.
- 4 bus punya BLU-e kedaluwarsa.
- 2 bus sama sekali tak punya dokumen BLU-e.
Rudi Irawan, Direktur Lalu Lintas Jalan, langsung merujuk ke UU No. 22 Tahun 2009. “Pasal 288 mewajibkan setiap pengemudi membawa STNK dan KIR yang valid. Dari 21 pelanggar, 18 bus melanggar aturan ini,” jelasnya.
Hukumannya? Bisa dipidana kurungan maksimal 2 bulan atau denda Rp500 ribu. Tapi, ada yang lebih parah! “Tiga bus lainnya kami tindak tegas karena STNK tidak asli dan pemalsuan BLU-e. Ini urusan pidana,” tegas Rudi.
Yang paling parah, tim menemukan 1 bus yang sama sekali tak punya izin operasional dan kondisinya sangat tidak layak. Bahkan, sopirnya tak membawa STNK asli! Tanpa basa-basi, Kemenhub langsung menyediakan bus pengganti yang sudah terjamin keamanannya.
“Kami ganti bus itu demi keselamatan penumpang. Bus tidak layak jalan dan tanpa izin itu bahaya banget!” kata Rudi.
Selain operasi, Kemenhub juga gencar mengingatkan masyarakat: “Pilih bus yang layak jalan dan punya dokumen lengkap!” Ini penting agar perjalanan liburan tetap aman dan nyaman.
Operasi ini membuktikan bahwa masih banyak bus nakal yang mengancam keselamatan penumpang. Kemenhub dan polisi terus bergerak, tapi masyarakat juga harus cerdas. Sebelum naik bus, pastikan kendaraannya layak dan dokumennya lengkap. Jangan sampai liburan berujung petaka!
