Jakarta, Desapenari.id – Wakil Ketua MPR RI Lestari Moerdijat menekankan pentingnya menjadikan praktik baik Seleksi Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) 2025 sebagai acuan nasional. “Kita harus segera atasi masalah ketidaktransparanan SPMB di beberapa wilayah dengan cara ini,” tegasnya dalam pernyataan resmi di Jakarta, Minggu.
Lestari menyoroti sejumlah inisiatif positif yang tercatat oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Kemendikdasmen). Misalnya, beberapa daerah berhasil meningkatkan transparansi dengan melibatkan siswa OSIS sebagai petugas pendaftaran. Tak hanya itu, kerja sama antarinstansi juga digalakkan untuk meminimalisir potensi kecurangan.
Selanjutnya, ia memuji kehadiran pos pengaduan yang aktif dan bersikap ramah kepada masyarakat. “Yang tak kalah penting, panitia SPMB di sejumlah daerah menunjukkan komitmen kuat untuk menolak suap dan segala bentuk kecurangan,” ungkapnya.

Lestari juga mengapresiasi langkah pemerintah daerah yang membangun sinergi dengan sekolah swasta. “Bahkan, ada yang memberikan subsidi pendidikan bagi siswa yang tidak tertampung di sekolah negeri,” jelasnya. Menurutnya, upaya seperti ini harus menjadi standar agar SPMB ke depan semakin berkualitas.
Ia mendesak pemerintah pusat untuk lebih gencar memfasilitasi kolaborasi antardaerah. “Tujuannya jelas, agar SPMB berjalan transparan dan mudah diakses seluruh masyarakat,” tegas Lestari.
Di akhir pernyataannya, ia berharap semua pemangku kepentingan, baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah, konsisten membangun sistem SPMB yang adil. “Setiap warga negara berhak mendapat akses pendidikan yang mudah dan merata,” pungkasnya.
Dengan pendekatan yang lebih dinamis dan transparan, semua pihak berharap SPMB 2025 dapat menjadi tolok ukur untuk penyelenggaraan seleksi siswa baru di masa depan.
Pertama-tama, Kemendikbud perlu segera menyusun pedoman standar berdasarkan praktik terbaik ini. Selanjutnya, pemerintah daerah harus aktif menerapkan sistem yang sudah terbukti efektif. Di sisi lain, sekolah-sekolah juga perlu berkomitmen penuh mendukung transparansi proses seleksi. Tak hanya itu, masyarakat pun berperan penting dengan turut mengawasi jalannya SPMB.
Selain itu, kolaborasi antarinstansi pendidikan harus terus ditingkatkan. Misalnya, dinas pendidikan bisa bekerja sama dengan pengawas sekolah untuk memastikan integritas proses. Sementara itu, peran orang tua juga tidak kalah penting dalam memberikan masukan konstruktif. Dengan demikian, sistem seleksi ini akan semakin matang dan terpercaya.
Pada akhirnya, semua upaya ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem PPDB yang lebih adil. Oleh karena itu, mari bersama-sama mendorong terwujudnya standar nasional yang berkualitas. Dengan begitu, setiap anak Indonesia bisa mendapatkan kesempatan pendidikan yang setara tanpa diskriminasi.
