JAKARTA, desapenari.id – Viral Grup “Fantasi Sedarah” di Facebook, Polisi Didorong Tangkap Admin dan Anggotanya!. Anggota Komisi III DPR dari Fraksi Gerindra, Martin Daniel Tumbelaka, mendesak polisi untuk segera menindak tegas admin dan anggota aktif grup Facebook bernama “Fantasi Sedarah”. Ia menegaskan, kepolisian harus bergerak cepat menangkap pelaku yang menyebarkan konten menyimpang ini.
“Saya mendesak aparat penegak hukum, khususnya Polri dan unit siber, untuk segera mengusut dan menangkap semua yang terlibat dalam grup ‘Fantasi Sedarah’,” tegas Martin saat berbicara kepada wartawan, Minggu (18/5/2025). “Bukan hanya adminnya, tapi juga anggota aktif yang berkontribusi menyebarkan konten-konten melanggar hukum,” tambahnya.
Martin menyatakan rasa prihatin dan kemarahannya setelah grup ini viral. Menurutnya, keberadaan grup semacam ini tidak hanya merusak moral bangsa, tetapi juga melanggar hukum dan norma kesusilaan yang dijunjung tinggi masyarakat Indonesia.
“Konten dan aktivitas di dalam grup ini sangat serius penyimpangannya. Bisa menjerumuskan generasi muda ke dalam pola pikir dan perilaku yang salah,” jelasnya.
Tak hanya itu, Martin juga mendesak Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemenkominfo) untuk bertindak cepat. Ia meminta Kemenkominfo segera berkoordinasi dengan Meta, pemilik Facebook, agar segera memblokir grup ini dan grup sejenis yang berpotensi merusak nilai-nilai masyarakat.
“Jangan sampai Indonesia jadi sarang ide-ide menyimpang hanya karena birokrasi digital lamban,” tegasnya.
Lebih lanjut, Martin menegaskan bahwa kasus ini bukan sekadar pelanggaran di dunia maya, melainkan juga merendahkan harkat dan martabat bangsa. Negara, menurutnya, harus menunjukkan bahwa ruang digital Indonesia tunduk pada hukum, etika, dan Pancasila.
“Saya juga mengajak masyarakat untuk lebih waspada terhadap grup atau komunitas online yang mencurigakan. Segera laporkan ke pihak berwajib jika menemukan konten serupa. Melindungi generasi muda dan moral bangsa adalah tanggung jawab kita bersama,” pesannya.
Sebelumnya, Kemenkominfo telah memblokir enam grup Facebook berisi konten mesum yang membahas hubungan inses. Grup ini ramai diperbincangkan karena memuat fantasi dewasa tentang hubungan dengan keluarga kandung, termasuk anak di bawah umur.
Alexander menegaskan, grup-grup tersebut terbukti memuat konten yang melanggar norma sosial dan hukum Indonesia. “Konten ini merupakan pelanggaran serius terhadap hak anak,” tegasnya.
