Tak tanggung-tanggung, ia mengungkap sebuah kasus korupsi dan pencucian uang yang diduga dilakukan oleh R, seorang kepala unit di salah satu bank BUMN yang beroperasi di wilayah Sukabumi Utara.
Lebih detail lagi, Ade memaparkan bahwa aksi ilegal ini berlangsung secara sistematis. Pertama-tama, modus operandi utama yang terungkap adalah pemalsuan identitas nasabah. Selain itu, Ade juga menjelaskan adanya modus kedua yang tak kalah nekat. Dalam skema ini, tersangka memang menyerahkan sebagian uang pinjaman kepada nasabah, namun sebagian besar lainnya tetap ia embat untuk kepentingannya sendiri. Kemudian, yang ketiga, tersangka juga berulah dalam hal pelunasan. Begini ceritanya, ada nasabah yang membayar cicilan kreditnya langsung ke R. Akan tetapi, alih-alih menyetorkannya ke bank, uang pelunasan itu malah ia kantongi sendiri tanpa rasa bersalah.
Menurut penuturan Ade, rentetan kejahatan keuangan ini berlangsung dalam kurun waktu yang cukup panjang, yaitu dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Pada akhirnya, setelah melalui penyelidikan mendalam, Kejari Kota Sukabumi resmi menetapkan R sebagai tersangka pada 26 Agustus 2025. Namun, drama pun terjadi; tersangka kabur dan berpindah-pindah tempat untuk menghindari penangkapan. Untungnya, upaya buruan pihak kejaksaan berbuah manis pada 12 September 2025, di mana mereka berhasil meringkus R di daerah Rangkasbitung.
Dampak dari aksi nakalnya ini, kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan benar-benar fantastis. Bayangkan saja, nilai kerugiannya mencapai Rp 1,77 miliar! Oleh karena itu, jaksa segera bergerak cepat untuk mengamankan aset-aset yang diduga hasil dari kejahatan tersebut. Mengenai ancaman hukuman, Ade menegaskan bahwa tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 2 Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Dengan demikian, ia terancam hukuman penjara yang sangat berat, yaitu maksimal 20 tahun penjara! Untuk keperluan proses hukum, tersangka saat ini telah ditahan selama 20 hari ke depan sebagai langkah awal.
Tak berhenti di situ, Ade juga membuka peluang bahwa kasus ini mungkin masih menyimpan kejutan. Artinya, sangat potensial muncul tersangka-tsersangka baru lainnya seiring dengan vertembangan investigasi. Selama proses penyidikan, pihak berwajib memiliki wewenang untuk menahan tersangka pertama selama 20 hari, yang kemudian dapat diperpanjang oleh penuntut umum hingga 40 hari. Bahkan, jika masih diperlukan, penyidik masih bisa mengajukan perpanjangan penahanan ke ketua pengadilan berdasarkan Pasal 29 KUHAP.
