WAMENA, Desapenari.id – Dalam sebuah perkembangan yang sangat menggembirakan, Jalan Trans Papua yang menjadi penghubung vital antara Provinsi Papua dan Papua Pegunungan akhirnya berhasil dibuka kembali! Bayangkan saja, ruas jalan di KM 352, Distrik Benawa, Kabupaten Yalimo, yang sebelumnya terputus total akibat tanah longsor hebat pada Kamis (30/10/2025), kini telah pulih dan bisa dilintasi kendaraan. Akibatnya, kegiatan distribusi logistik yang sempat mandek kini mulai bergerak kembali, memberikan angin segar bagi masyarakat di wilayah pegunungan.
Tanpa menunggu waktu lama, Satuan Kerja Pelaksana Jalan Nasional (PJN) Wilayah IV Wamena langsung turun tangan dengan sigap untuk menangani krisis ini. Sebagai bukti keseriusannya, tim ini segera menerjunkan semua sumber dayanya untuk memperbaiki jalan yang rusak parah tersebut. Mereka tidak hanya berpangku tangan; mereka bergerak cepat! Alhasil, berkat penanganan darurat yang dilakukan oleh tim teknis yang andal, jalur strategis ini akhirnya berhasil dibersihkan dan diperbaiki.
Selanjutnya, Kepala Satker PJN Wilayah IV, Fransiskus Rendra Subekti, dengan penuh semangat memaparkan strategi mereka. Timnya dengan cerdas menurunkan dua unit alat berat ke lokasi bencana untuk mempercepat proses perbaikan yang sempat terhambat. “Kami sengaja mengambil langkah cepat dan tepat agar truk-truk pengangkut barang dari Jayapura bisa segera melaju tanpa halangan lagi,” tegasnya dalam keterangan tertulis pada Sabtu (1/11/2025). Jelas terlihat, tujuan utama mereka adalah memulihkan distribusi barang secepat mungkin.
Hebatnya, upaya gigih mereka tidak sia-sia. Proses perbaikan darurat ini pun segera membuahkan hasil yang konkret. Jalur yang sebelumnya macet total dan membuat kendaraan terhenti berjam-jam, kini secara perlahan mulai bisa dilalui kendaraan satu per satu. Bahkan, kemacetan panjang yang sempat terjadi berhasil diurai berkat koordinasi dan kerja keras yang solid dari seluruh tim di lapangan.
Di sisi lain, Fransiskus juga dengan terbuka menjelaskan metode penanganan sementara yang mereka terapkan. Timnya membangun akses jalan darurat sebagai solusi jangka pendek yang memungkinkan kendaraan untuk tetap bisa lewat. Mereka menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa solusi ini bersifat sementara, namun langkah ini sangat krusial untuk menjaga agar perekonomian dan mobilitas masyarakat tidak sepenuhnya terhenti.
Selain itu, Fransiskus dengan detail membeberkan akar masalah dari insiden ini. Hujan deras yang tak henti-hentinya disebut-sebut sebagai biang kerok yang mengakibatkan gerusan hebat pada dasar jembatan box culvert. Faktor alam inilah yang pada akhirnya membuat struktur jalan menjadi rapuh dan ambles. Namun, jangan khawatir, pihaknya tidak berhenti pada penanganan darurat saja.
Kemudian, untuk memastikan kejadian serupa tidak terulang di masa depan, pemerintah melalui PJN sudah menyiapkan rencana penanganan permanen. Fransiskus dengan optimis menyatakan bahwa mereka akan segera mengusulkan perbaikan menyeluruh setelah dokumen desain perencanaan dinyatakan rampung. Rencana jangka panjang ini menunjukkan komitmen berkelanjutan dari pemerintah.
Yang paling penting, pemerintah secara tegas menyatakan komitmennya untuk menjaga kelancaran mobilitas barang dan orang, terutama dalam menyambut masa-masa akhir tahun yang biasanya padat di wilayah Papua Pegunungan.
