Desapenari.id – Heboh! Fahrudin, anggota DPRD Kota Sungai Penuh yang sebelumnya viral karena arogannya memaki para pekerja bangunan, akhirnya berurusan dengan yang namanya tilang. Ya, pihak kepolisian secara resmi telah menetapkannya sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan perusakan bollard atau pembatas jalan yang berada tepat di depan Gedung Nasional Sungai Penuh, Provinsi Jambi. Penetapan yang cukup mengejutkan ini ternyata mereka lakukan pada Jumat (31/10/2025).
Lalu, apa hubungannya dengan kasus pemakian yang viral itu? Ternyata, kedua kasus ini benar-benar terpisah! Kasat Reskrim Polres Kerinci, AKP Very Prasetyawan, dengan tegas menjelaskan bahwa penetapan tersangka untuk Fahrudin ini berkaitan secara khusus dengan kasus perusakan bollard, yang sama sekali berbeda dengan video viralnya. “Beda kasus, tetapi orangnya sama,” ujar Very begitu singkat namun penuh makna saat dikonfirmasi via pesan singkat pada Sabtu (30/11/2025).
Tak main-main, pihak kepolisian ternyata sudah melakukan investigasi yang sangat mendalam untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini. Sebagai bukti keseriusannya, AKP Very Prasetyawan menambahkan bahwa timnya telah memeriksa tidak kurang dari 14 orang saksi, bahkan sampai melibatkan ahli hukum pidana untuk memastikan semuanya berjalan sesuai koridor. Selain itu, sebagai langkah konkret, mereka juga menyita 10 buah bollard yang rusak dan satu unit mesin gerinda yang diduga menjadi alat untuk melakukan kejahatan tersebut.
Nah, setelah melalui proses penyidikan yang panjang dan detail, akhirnya syarat untuk menaikkan status Fahrudin dari saksi menjadi tersangka dinyatakan terpenuhi. Hal ini mereka dasarkan pada alat bukti yang sah dan kuat, yang secara spesifik merujuk pada Pasal 406 ayat (1) KUHPidana tentang tindak pidana perusakan. Very pun menegaskan dengan sangat profesional bahwa proses penyidikan selanjutnya akan mereka lakukan secara transparan dan tentunya sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku, tanpa memandang bulu.
Lalu, apa langkah selanjutnya yang akan diambil oleh pihak kepolisian? Very menyatakan bahwa dalam waktu dekat, mereka akan segera memanggil dan memeriksa Fahrudin kembali untuk melengkapi berkas perkara. Tak hanya itu, sebagai bentuk komitmen mereka terhadap proses hukum yang berintegritas, pihaknya juga akan berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) untuk menentukan langkah strategis selanjutnya.
Kita semua tentu masih ingat, kan, awal mula semua kontroversi ini berawal? Sebelum kasus perusakan ini mencuat, Fahrudin sudah lebih dulu menjadi buah bibir dan sorotan publik setelah sebuah videonya menyebar luas seperti virus di media sosial. Dalam video yang direkam pada Minggu (19/10/2025) itu, ia terlihat dengan jelas sedang memaki-maki para pekerja bangunan yang dengan tenangnya sedang melakukan renovasi di Pasar Beringin.
Dalam video yang berdurasi pendek namun penuh emosi itu, Fahrudin terlihat awalnya sedang berbincang santai dengan beberapa orang di sekitar sebuah gedung yang kondisinya sudah rusak parah. Akan tetapi, suasana yang awalnya tenang itu tiba-tiba berubah seratus delapan puluh derajat ketika ia mendengar suara gemuruh yang keras dari dalam gedung. Spontan, emosinya meledak dan ia langsung menghampiri para pekerja sambal melontarkan berbagai macam makian yang sangat tidak pantas.
Dengan nada tinggi dan penuh amarah, ia pun mulai berteriak, “Woy, njeng!” sambil menunjuk-nunjuk ke arah dalam gedung. Kemarahannya ternyata tidak berhenti sampai di situ; ia bahkan melanjutkan makiannya dengan menyebut kata-kata yang sangat tidak pantas dan cenderung menghina para pekerja tersebut.
Akibat ulahnya yang dinilai sangat tidak terpuji itu, konsekuensi berat pun harus ia terima. Partai Golkar sebagai partai yang menaunginya secara tegas mencopot Fahrudin dari jabatannya yang strategis sebagai Ketua Komisi II DPRD Sungai Penuh. Pencopotan ini jelas bukan tanpa alasan yang kuat.
Ketua Partai Golkar Kota Sungai Penuh, Fikar Azami, kemudian mengungkapkan secara terbuka bahwa tindakan Fahrudin tersebut sama sekali tidak bisa mereka benarkan karena dinilai sangat tidak beretika, terlebih lagi hal itu diucapkan oleh seorang wakil rakyat yang seharusnya menjadi contoh bagi masyarakat. “Kita tidak membenarkan hal tersebut dilakukan, karena sangat tidak beretika apalagi diucapkan oleh seorang wakil rakyat,” kata Fikar dengan tegas saat dikonfirmasi via pesan singkat pada Selasa (21/10/2025).
Akhirnya, pencopotan Fahrudin dari jabatan Ketua Komisi II itu resmi mereka lakukan setelah Partai Golkar mengeluarkan surat peringatan kedua yang isinya menyatakan bahwa Fahrudin telah melanggar kode etik dan peraturan organisasi secara nyata. “Saya juga sudah menginstruksikan fraksi agar mencopot yang bersangkutan sebagai Ketua Komisi II DPRD Sungai Penuh. Dan sudah dilakukan per hari ini yang bersangkutan tidak lagi menjabat sebagai Ketua Komisi II,” tegas Fikar tanpa ragu-ragu, menutup semua spekulasi tentang nasib politik Fahrudin.
