JAKARTA, Desapenari.id – Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) baru saja menggemparkan dunia bawah tanah! Mereka berhasil membongkar sarang produksi narkoba cair yang canggih dan mengerikan, bertempat di sebuah apartemen di kawasan elit Ancol, Jakarta Utara. Bayangkan, tempat yang seharusnya nyaman justru disulap menjadi “dapur maut” untuk meracik dan mengolah narkotika cair yang kemudian mereka suntikkan ke dalam liquid vape dan happy water.
Hebohnya, Plt Deputi Pemberantasan BNN RI, Brigjen Pol Budi Wibowo, mengungkap fakta mencengangkan. Ternyata, dari identifikasi dan pengamatan mendalam, petugas menemukan indikasi kuat keterlibatan jaringan narkotika internasional yang beroperasi dengan sangat rapi. Tak tanggung-tanggung, mereka pun mengamankan empat orang tersangka di lokasi. Budi Wibowo membeberkan, “Di Soekarno-Hatta, teman-teman Bea Cukai dan Imigrasi menemukan ada orang yang terindikasi terlibat di dalam jaringan narkotika internasional yaitu Cina–Malaysia ke Indonesia,” ujarnya dengan tegas saat ditemui di lokasi kejadian pada Selasa (6/1/2026).
Setelah itu, tim gabungan tidak berhenti sampai di situ. Mereka langsung melakukan pendalaman dan pengembangan intensif, yang akhirnya membawa mereka ke lokasi persembunyian sang “tukang racik”. Budi Wibowo memaparkan, “Kita menemukan tempat yang digunakan untuk meracik, mengolah narkotika cair yang kemudian disuntikkan ke dalam liquid vape dan happy water.” Jadi, modus mereka sangat berbahaya, menyelundupkan barang haram ke dalam produk yang sehari-hari digunakan kaum muda.
Yang lebih mencengangkan lagi, dari hasil olah TKP yang teliti, penyidik berhasil menemukan ribuan bungkus happy water! Barang haram ini dikamuflase dengan sangat licik menggunakan kemasan minuman lokal yang biasa kita temui, sehingga sulit dikenali oleh orang awam. Belum cukup, penyidik juga menemukan barang bukti lain yang membuat mata terbelalak: hampir 10.000 cartridge vape kosong beserta alat suntik yang digunakan khusus untuk mengisi cairan narkotika ke dalamnya. Budi Wibowo menambahkan, “Dari olah TKP kami menemukan ada kurang lebih sekitar hampir 80 yang sudah jadi cartridge itu.” Artinya, produksi mereka sudah berjalan dan siap diedarkan!
Menguak lebih dalam, keempat tersangka yang berhasil diamankan ini ternyata memiliki peran yang berbeda-beda dalam sindikat ini. Budi Wibowo menjelaskan, “Ada peran sebagai kurir pengambil bahan-bahan, ada peran sebagai pengendali, dan ada juga peran sebagai pembiaya.” Dengan kata lain, sindikat ini dijalankan secara profesional layaknya perusahaan. Keempat tersangka tersebut adalah WNI dengan inisial Hs, DM, PS, dan HSN. Namun, cerita belum berakhir! Ternyata, masih ada dua orang warga negara asing (WNA) yang masuk daftar pencarian orang (DPO) BNN terkait pengungkapan besar-besaran ini.
Lalu, berapa harga jual barang haram ini? Siap-siap terkejut! Menurut pengakuan tersangka yang berhasil digali, kisaran harganya dijual antara Rp 2 juta sampai Rp 6 juta per saset untuk happy water. Sementara itu, untuk liquid vape yang sudah tercemar narkoba, harganya mencapai Rp 2 juta. Bayangkan, keuntungan fantastis yang mereka incar dengan merusak generasi muda!
Sebagai catatan penting, semua keterangan tersangka masih dalam proses pendalaman yang sangat ketat. Budi Wibowo menegaskan, pengembangan kasus masih terus dilakukan tanpa henti. “Ini masih dalam proses pendalaman dan pengembangan lanjut,” tegas Budi. Jadi, publik bisa berharap akan ada pengungkapan dan penangkapan lebih lanjut dalam waktu dekat. BNN benar-benar menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam memerangi peredaran narkoba dengan modus baru yang semakin kreatif dan berbahaya ini. Masyarakat pun diimbau untuk selalu waspada terhadap produk vape dan minuman kemasan yang tidak jelas asal-usulnya.
