Desapenari.id – Bayangkan, sudah tiga hari lamanya! Genangan air bercampur lumpur ternyata masih saja memenuhi permukiman warga di RW 006, Kelurahan Jati Padang, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan, hingga Minggu (2/11/2025). Lebih miris lagi, banjir ini terus terjadi sejak tanggul Baswedan jebol dan seolah tak ada tanda-tanda akan segera surut. Akibatnya, warga pun harus bertahan dalam kondisi yang sangat memprihatinkan.

Sejumlah rumah warga mengalami kerusakan parah di bagian bawah dinding dan lantainya akibat terlalu lama terendam lumpur. Sementara itu, air terus mengalir deras melalui saluran sempit yang seharusnya menghubungkan permukiman ke anak sungai di belakang rumah. Di beberapa titik, arus air yang sangat deras itu bahkan menabrak dinding-dinding rumah hingga memantul kembali ke gang, yang pada akhirnya justru mempercepat aliran di seluruh permukiman. Ketinggian air sendiri sangat bervariasi, mulai dari setinggi mata kaki di area depan rumah hingga setinggi lutut di bagian yang dekat dengan kali.
Hal yang memperparah keadaan, tumpukan kayu, sampah, dan serpihan bangunan terlihat jelas menyumbat aliran air di sejumlah titik strategis. Memang, beberapa karung pasir dan plat besi darurat telah dipasang warga dan petugas di bibir sungai. Akan tetapi, derasnya arus air membuat semua upaya darurat tersebut menjadi belum efektif untuk menahan laju banjir yang terus menerjang.
Keterpurukan ini tergambar jelas dari keluhan Mila (58), warga RT 003 RW 006, yang dengan lirih mengatakan, “Sudah tiga hari kami enggak dapat obat-obatan sama makanan.” Kondisi serupa juga dialami oleh banyak warga lainnya. Persediaan makanan mereka sudah menipis, stok air bersih sangat terbatas, dan akses untuk mendapatkan obat-obatan dasar pun menjadi sangat sulit. Tuti (38), warga lain yang rumahnya ikut terendam, menambahkan, “Beberapa hari ini cuma makan dari bantuan tetangga, belum ada yang resmi datang.” Ungkapan ini jelas menunjukkan betapa putus asanya mereka.
Sementara itu, kerusakan properti warga semakin menjadi-jadi. Banyak rumah yang terlihat rusak di bagian bawahnya akibat tekanan air dan lumpur yang terus-menerus. Ubin-ubin banyak yang copot, plester dinding terkelupas, dan perabotan rumah tangga terendam semua. Di sisi lain, saluran air di sekitar lokasi juga tampak tersumbat oleh sampah dan kayu. Penyempitan saluran inilah yang kemudian mempercepat aliran air mengarah langsung ke rumah-rumah warga.
Namun di tengah kesulitan tersebut, semangat gotong royong masih tetap menyala. Petugas Sumber Daya Air (SDA) terlihat membentuk rantai manusia untuk memindahkan karung-karung berisi tanah dari titik penumpukan ke lokasi tanggul yang jebol. Mereka melakukan langkah darurat ini semata-mata untuk memperlambat arus air sambil menunggu kedatangan alat berat dan pompa air berkapasitas besar. “Kami sedang tangani dulu titik jebolnya biar aliran bisa dikendalikan,” ujar salah satu petugas dengan penuh semangat. Beberapa warga yang masih memiliki tenaga juga turut serta membantu proses tersebut sambil mengevakuasi barang-barang berharga mereka ke tempat yang lebih tinggi.
Romi (28), salah seorang pemuda di lokasi, menceritakan, “Kami angkat barang ke lantai dua, sambil bantu petugas juga.” Meskipun bantuan dari relawan sudah mulai berdatangan, Romi dan warga lainnya menilai jumlahnya masih belum sebanding dengan kebutuhan riil di lapangan. “Kalau bisa ada pompa besar dan bantuan makanan cepat datang, karena air belum juga surut,” harap Romi dengan suara lirih. Harapan ini sekaligus menjadi kritik halus atas respon penanganan yang dinilai masih lambat.
Dampak ekonomi pun tidak bisa dihindari. Banjir ini membuat sebagian warga kehilangan hari kerja mereka. Usaha kecil milik warga, seperti warung makan dan jasa cuci pakaian, terpaksa berhenti beroperasi karena akses untuk pelanggan benar-benar terputus. Oleh karena itu, warga pun berharap pemerintah segera mengambil tindakan nyata untuk memperbaiki tanggul secara permanen dan menormalisasi saluran air di wilayah mereka.
