LHOKSUKON, Desapenari.id – Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Provinsi Aceh, sejak dua hari terakhir sudah mulai mengucurkan dana bantuan daging meugang dari Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto langsung ke rekening desa. Bayangkan, uangnya bukan cuma isapan jempol, tapi total fantastis mencapai Rp19,5 miliar! Ya, Presiden kita tercinta memberikan bantuan istimewa berupa daging meugang khusus untuk para penyintas banjir saat momen Idul Fitri tahun 2026 lalu. Bantuan ini benar-benar menjadi angin segar bagi masyarakat yang masih berjuang memulihkan kondisinya setelah musibah besar tersebut.
Selanjutnya, Kepala Dinas Sosial Aceh Utara, Fakhrurradhi, ketika dihubungi tim redaksi pada Senin (13/4/2026) dengan penuh semangat menjelaskan bahwa saat ini sebanyak 235 desa sudah menerima transfer uang tunai ke rekening masing-masing. Prosesnya ternyata sangat terencana dan transparan. Menurutnya, mekanisme yang mereka terapkan untuk bantuan meugang ini cukup unik, tetapi justru sangat mengedepankan akuntabilitas. Pertama-tama, para keuchik atau kepala desa diminta untuk membeli sapi terlebih dahulu sebagai sumber daging meugang. Setelah dagingnya dibagikan kepada warga, barulah keuchik menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban yang rapi. Kemudian, setelah laporan tersebut disetorkan ke Dinas Sosial, barulah pihak dinas mentransfer uang pengganti ke rekening desa. Dengan cara ini, tidak ada satupun rupiah yang meleset dari target!
“Jadi jangan khawatir, uangnya aman. Mekanisme beli dulu, laporkan, baru kami transfer,” tegas Fakhrurradhi dengan nada meyakinkan. Sistem bayar di kemudian hari atau reimbursement ini dipilih untuk memastikan bahwa daging benar-benar sudah sampai ke tangan penyintas sebelum uang cair. Sungguh pendekatan yang brilian, bukan? Oleh karena itu, masyarakat diminta bersabar karena prosesnya memang sedikit lebih panjang, tetapi tujuannya mulia untuk menjaga kepercayaan publik.
Di sisi lain, kabar baiknya terus berdatangan. Fakhrurradhi menambahkan bahwa untuk 617 desa lainnya di wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dana bantuan tersebut akan ditransfer secara bertahap setiap hari kerja. Artinya, tidak ada desa yang terlewatkan! Proses verifikasi dan transfer berjalan seperti mesin yang sudah dipanaskan. “Hari ini saja, total anggaran yang sudah kami transfer mencapai sekitar Rp5,3 miliar,” ujarnya dengan antusias. Sisa dana yang sangat besar, yaitu lebih dari Rp14 miliar, akan segera menyusul. “Besok kita transfer lagi, lusa kita lanjutkan, dan seterusnya sampai semua desa menerima,” pungkasnya sambil tersenyum. Semua ini tentu bergantung pada kelengkapan berkas pertanggungjawaban yang sudah dikirimkan desa ke Dinas Sosial.
Lalu, bagaimana dengan teknis verifikasinya? Jangan bayangkan prosesnya lambat, karena tim Dinas Sosial bergerak sangat cepat! Tim verifikasi disebut-sebut bekerja bak tentara sedang menyisir medan perang. Mereka secepat mungkin melakukan pengecekan silap terhadap setiap laporan pertanggungjawaban yang masuk. Setelah dokumen dinyatakan valid, langkah berikutnya adalah mengentri nomor rekening bank tujuan. Nah, di sinilah letak kesabarannya. “Jika ada dokumen yang salah atau tidak sesuai, kami pasti akan meminta koreksi terlebih dahulu. Kami tidak akan mentransfer jika ada data yang ngawur,” tegas Fakhrurradhi. Meskipun begitu, ia berkomitmen penuh. “Setelah semuanya lengkap dan benar, saya pastikan sesegera mungkin kami transfer dananya ke desa. Tidak ada alasan untuk menunda-nunda bantuan rakyat,” tambahnya dengan nada berwibawa.
Bagi masyarakat yang penasaran, perlu dipahami bahwa bantuan mulia ini bukan tanpa dasar. Sebagai informasi latar belakang yang penting, Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto memang secara khusus mengalokasikan dana tersebut untuk daging meugang bagi para penyintas banjir di Provinsi Aceh. Mengingat trauma dan kerugian materi yang mereka alami pasca banjir bandang beberapa waktu lalu, suntikan dana segar untuk tradisi meugang ini terasa sangat spesial. Sebab, tradisi meugang sendiri bukanlah sekadar makan daging biasa. Ini adalah warisan budaya yang sakral! Meugang merupakan tradisi mengonsumsi daging yang dilakukan sehari sebelum bulan Ramadhan, sehari sebelum Idul Fitri, dan sehari sebelum Idul Adha. Bayangkan, tradisi ini sudah ada sejak masa kepemimpinan Sultan Iskandar Muda di Kerajaan Aceh Darussalam yang gagah perkasa. Jadi, bantuan dari Pak Prabowo ini seperti menyambung rantai sejarah yang mulia sambil meringankan beban para korban banjir. Keren banget, kan? Dengan adanya transfer bertahap ini, diharapkan seluruh masyarakat Aceh Utara bisa merasakan kehangatan Idul Fitri meski di tengah keterbatasan pasca bencana. Bantuan ini pun akhirnya cair secara bertahap dan dikelola oleh aparatur desa setempat.
