BOGOR, Desapenari.id – Tepatnya pada Minggu (14/12/2025) dini hari, sebuah mobil boks berubah menjadi bola api mengerikan di ruas Tol Jagorawi KM 26, Citeureup, Bogor. Menurut penjelasan Kanit Gakkum Satlantas Polres Bogor, Ipda Ferdhyan Mulya, semua berawal dari perjalanan mobil boks bernopol A 9166 ZD yang melaju dari Jakarta menuju Bogor sekitar pukul 00.55 WIB. Pada titik ini, sang sopir yang berinisial D diduga kuat kehilangan kendali atas kendaraannya karena diserang kantuk. Sementara itu, di jalur yang sama, sebuah truk besar sedang melintas dengan tenang.
Sayangnya, kondisi mengantuk itu jelas merusak fokus sang pengemudi. Alhasil, ketika sampai di KM 26, mobil boks yang dikemudikannya sama sekali tidak mengurangi kecepatan. Akibatnya, dia pun secara tidak terelakkan menabrak bagian belakang truk yang, meski nomor polisinya tidak tercatat, sedang bergerak stabil di lajur 2. “Tidak diketahui nomor polisinya, yang sedang bergerak di lajur 2,” jelas Ferdhyan saat dikonfirmasi pada hari yang sama.
Namun, drama tidak berhenti di situ! Setelah menabrak, kejadian justru berubah semakin mencekam karena mobil boks yang rusak parah itu diduga mengalami korsleting pada sistem kelistrikannya. Singkatnya, percikan api dari korsleting itulah yang kemudian dengan cepat menyulut kebakaran hebat. Meski begitu, kita patut bersyukur karena sang sopir, D, masih sempat menyelamatkan diri. Dengan sigap, dia berhasil keluar dari mobil sesaat sebelum jilatan api membesar dan sepenuhnya melahap kabin.
Selanjutnya, situasi darurat ini tentu saja membutuhkan respons cepat. Begitu mendapat laporan, Tim Pemadam Kebakaran (Damkar) Sektor Citeureup langsung bergegas menuju lokasi kejadian. Di lokasi, mereka dihadapkan pada tugas berat untuk meredam amukan si jago merah. Setelah berjuang keras selama kurang lebih dua jam, akhirnya para petugas pemadam berhasil sepenuhnya menguasai situasi dan memadamkan kobaran api yang telah menghanguskan mobil boks tersebut hingga ke rangkanya.
Sebagai penutup, meski kejadiannya terlihat sangat fatal, ada kabar baik yang bisa kita ambil. Menurut Ipda Ferdhyan, kecelakaan ini berakhir tanpa korban jiwa. “Korban nihil, kerugian material diperkirakan mencapai Rp 10 juta,” pungkasnya. Jadi, meski kerugian materinya tidak kecil, nyawa sang sopir berhasil diselamatkan berkat kewaspadaannya keluar dari mobil tepat pada waktunya, dibantu pula oleh kerja cepat para petugas damkar.
