BOGOR, Desapenari.id – Sungguh di luar dugaan! Para pekerja tiba-tiba kembali membangun lapak pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di sekitar Alun-alun Kota Bogor pada Minggu (12/4/2026) siang. Padahal, hanya dua hari sebelumnya, tepatnya Jumat (10/4/2026) dini hari, Wali Kota Bogor Dedie A. Rachim dengan tangannya sendiri membongkar paksa bangunan liar tersebut. Aksi nekat ini pun langsung mengejutkan banyak pihak!
Saat tim meliput langsung ke lokasi, pemandangan mengejutkan pun terlihat. Sejumlah pekerja dengan sibuk memasang kanopi berbahan seng di area yang sebelumnya merupakan bekas lapak PKL yang rata dengan tanah usai dibongkar Jumat dini hari. Mereka seolah tak peduli dengan tindakan tegas sang wali kota beberapa waktu lalu.
Bukan cuma itu! Para pekerja juga dengan lihai mengelas struktur bangunan baru. Setelah itu, mereka pun mengaplikasikan sealant di setiap sambungan kanopi agar lebih rapi dan kokoh. Aksi mereka begitu cepat, seolah ingin segera menyelesaikan bangunan tersebut sebelum petugas kembali datang.
Tak ketinggalan, beberapa pekerja lain dengan sigap menyiapkan mesin gerinda. Mereka kemudian memotong seng-seng berukuran besar untuk disesuaikan dengan ukuran kanopi yang sedang dibangun. Suara bising mesin gerinda pun terdengar dari kejauhan, menandakan aktivitas pembangunan sedang berlangsung massif.
Yang lebih mencengangkan lagi, terlihat pula untaian kabel listrik dengan santainya menjuntai dari atas bangunan hingga ke trotoar Jalan Dewi Sartika. Para pekerja menggunakan aliran listrik dari kabel tersebut untuk mengoperasikan peralatan berat seperti gerinda dan mesin las. Sungguh tindakan berani yang mengabaikan aturan!
Seorang pekerja bahkan dengan nekat naik ke atas kanopi menggunakan tangga darurat. Dari ketinggian itu, ia dengan cekatan mengaplikasikan sealant pada bagian atas kanopi tanpa menggunakan pengaman yang memadai. Pemandangan ini jelas membuat siapa pun yang melihatnya ikut deg-degan.
Camat Kaget Bukan Kepalang! Langsung Siapkan Surat Teguran
Setelah mengetahui adanya aktivitas pembangunan ilegal di area bekas bangunan PKL yang sudah dibongkar, Camat Bogor Tengah Dheri Wiriadirama pun mengaku kaget setengah mati! Ia dengan jujur mengatakan bahwa dirinya belum mengetahui aksi nekat tersebut sebelumnya.
Tanpa membuang waktu, sang camat langsung beraksi. Ia pun berjanji akan memeriksa langsung ke lokasi dalam waktu dekat. Tak hanya itu, ia juga dengan tegas akan memberikan teguran secara tertulis kepada pihak-pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pembangunan kembali lapak PKL tersebut.
“Siap, nuhun infonya, nanti kami tegur lagi pakai surat biar ada record-nya. Sekalian tembusin ke temen-temen Satpol PP biar mereka juga tahu,” ujar Dheri dengan tegas saat dikonfirmasi wartawan pada Minggu (12/4/2026). Ucapannya ini menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam menangani masalah ini.
Dengan sigap, ia pun berkoordinasi dengan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Bogor. Langkah ini diambil agar penertiban nantinya bisa berjalan lebih efektif dan terkoordinasi dengan baik. Surat teguran pun sedang disiapkan untuk segera dilayangkan.
Kilas Balik: Cekcok Panas Wali Kota dengan PKL Sebelum Pembongkaran
Perlu diingat, sebelum pembongkaran terjadi, sempat terjadi adu mulut yang cukup panas antara Wali Kota Bogor Dedie A Rachim dengan seorang pedagang kaki lima di sekitar Alun-alun Kota Bogor. Kejadian ini sempat menjadi perbincangan hangat warga.
Saat itu, Dedie dengan saksama sedang mencari sumber aliran listrik ilegal. Aliran listrik tersebut diduga menyuplai para PKL untuk berjualan di trotoar Jalan Dewi Sartika. Tindakan ini jelas melanggar aturan karena menggunakan listrik secara tidak sah.
Setelah ditemukan, ternyata suplai aliran listrik tersebut terhalang oleh salah satu warung. Warung itu dengan seenaknya menutup sebagian badan trotoar dan menggunakan kanopi yang menjorok keluar. Melihat pemandangan itu, Dedie pun bertindak cepat. Tanpa ragu, ia langsung membongkar sendiri bangunan tersebut dengan tangan kosong.
Tak berselang lama, dua orang datang dengan mengendarai satu sepeda motor. Mereka berhenti tepat di lokasi warung yang sudah rata dengan tanah. Seorang perempuan dan laki-laki pun turun dengan wajah panik.
“Pak, paling enggak dikasih tahu dong! Saya cari duit soalnya, barang-barang saya di kemanain? Paling enggak kasih tahu lah!” protes perempuan pemilik warung pada Jumat (10/4/2026) dini hari dengan nada tinggi. Wajahnya tampak kesal sekaligus ketakutan melihat dagangannya sudah berserakan.
“Ada barang-barangnya kok,” ujar salah satu petugas Satpol PP Kota Bogor berusaha menenangkan. Namun, suasana tetap memanas.
Dengan tenang namun tegas, Dedie pun menjelaskan kepada pedagang itu bahwa Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bogor memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan penertiban. Bagaimanapun, trotoar adalah fasilitas publik yang harus bebas dari bangunan liar.
“Sudah disampaikan, lewat media juga sudah sering disampaikan. Ibu enggak baca kali ya,” jelas Dedie. Ucapannya ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi sudah berulang kali dilakukan.
“Saya jualan mau gimana saya dong?” balas pedagang itu dengan nada putus asa. Ia seolah tak tahu harus berbuat apa demi mempertahankan mata pencahariannya.
“Yasudah, kita punya kewajiban untuk menertibkan,” jawab Dedie singkat namun sarat makna. Ia tak mau kompromi dengan pelanggaran aturan.
Pedagang tersebut kembali mempertanyakan informasi terkait penertiban. “Iya kan kalau informasinya enggak sampai ke saya, bisa datang RT atau RW dong,” jelas pedagang berusaha membela diri.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Dedie dengan tegas menjawab bahwa penyampaian informasi penataan PKL sudah sering kali disampaikan melalui media sosial. Pemerintah kota dinilai sudah cukup transparan dalam mengumumkan kebijakan ini.
“Masa satu-satu? Sudah disampaikan kita melakukan penertiban,” ujar Dedie dengan nada tak mau memperpanjang debat.
Akhirnya, perempuan tersebut diberikan penjelasan panjang lebar oleh pihak Kecamatan dan petugas Satpol PP Kota Bogor. Mereka pun berusaha menenangkan dan memberikan pemahaman tentang aturan yang berlaku.
Setelah kejadian tersebut, Dedie dan Wakil Wali Kota Bogor Jenal Mutaqin bersama jajarannya kembali melanjutkan pemantauan PKL di sekitar Alun-alun Kota Bogor. Mereka ingin memastikan tidak ada lagi pelanggaran serupa yang merugikan kepentingan publik. Kini, dengan dibangunnya kembali lapak PKL ini, pertanyaannya adalah: akankah penertiban berikutnya segera dilakukan? Kita tunggu saja aksi lanjutan dari pihak berwenang!
